Great stay with easy access to beach and friendly neighbors/visitors, clean all around. Loved having the pool attached to house and pet friendly so the whole fam could enjoy. One suggestion would be more pillows for the beds

Place was beautiful and just as described. The tv remotes in two rooms wouldn't work correctly and never got that fixed but other than that, the pool was perfect and the house clean with everything we needed

Everything was awesome!!! We came down with our 2 golden retrievers for their first trip to the beach and we will definitely be coming back!!!

The house could use some TLC. Wobbly dining table legs, broken handle on freezer door, a chair in living room with no cushion, blinds need to be repaired.

Room to grow

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is really nice, great to share with a couple families and have the kids in the bunk room. Loved the decks on both levels. Super close walk for ice cream after dinner! Negative points: management did not provide any paper towels , and only partial rolls of toilet paper (probably what was left from the prior renter), nor any trash bags for kitchen. This seems so small but honestly it’s terrible customer service from management. These items cost so little for management and could make the difference in getting a return renter. I’ve rented hundreds of properties all over Florida and honestly this one thing left a nasty taste in my mouth.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management team were easy to work with. The house was in a great condition and offered plenty of space. If you don't mind not being beach front, I highly recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at Seaside Haven. The location was great, right across the street from the beach with views of the ocean. Very close to local stores and several restaurants. The house itself was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The kids especially enjoyed the pool area and access to the beach. We would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

This was a great trip overall. House was clean and had a great view. We did have two issues. One small issue is all the bedroom locks and bathroom locks wouldn’t lock. They would catch but would pop open after a second attempt to open while locked.Second bigger issue is there was a blind accessory panel attached to their doors and one fell off and smacked my daughter in the back of the head. It scared us actually, and she was not even touching it. Thankfully, just a small bump and it seemed to scare more than anything.

We have be coming to the Cape for many years and this has been the best home rental yet. I would highly recommend this rental and would only suggest maybe some blinds i. the master bathroom for some privacy. We had wonderful service from management as well and would recommend Coastal Joe to anyone looking for a great vacation rental in the area.Andrea Largen

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of five loved our stay at Seaside Haven! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our fam. The pool was definitely the biggest hit with our kids! The walk to the beach was easy—especially with the beach rental credit we used for a wagon, which made hauling our gear a breeze. We also loved being so close to the Cape Trading Post and nearby ice cream and donut spots. One day, we drove to the state park to kayak, and we found the best sno cones there too! Coastal Joe was quick and helpful in responding to any questions we had during our stay. We left happy, relaxed, and wishing we had more time. Highly recommend!
