The Space:
****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****
Start your mornings on the inviting porch, where cozy rocking chairs beckon you to sip coffee (Keurig & drip) while taking in breathtaking water views of the big lake. Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, plus a charcoal BBQ grill for outdoor cooking adventures. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll have all the essentials at your fingertips.
Step outside to the private dockâyour personal gateway to lakeside fun. Swim, fish, or simply relax as you soak in the serene water views. Tie off your boats securely or enjoy a leisurely day on the water with the provided paddleboards, 2 kayaks, and lake floats. There is a boat ramp 1 mile away.
When you're ready to unwind, gather around the fire pit at night for cozy conversations and s'mores under the starry sky.
During your stay, take advantage of the many amenities to enhance your experienceâsun loungers for relaxing by the water, a fun cornhole game, and plenty of board games and Roku TVs to keep everyone entertained indoors. There is a Publix, Kroger and Walmart in Milledgeville near 35 minutes away. Milledgeville also has tons of dining, bowling alley, movie theater and skating rink.
