Hus i - Stalos Village - WEST CRETE. En lägenhet med två separata sovrum, stort badrum och ett vardagsrum - kök. Denna lägenhet rymmer upp till 5 personer, eftersom det har två separata sovrum med två enkelsängar i ett sovrum och en dubbel i det andra sovrummet och ett vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa med normal ortopedisk madrass och sängram . Det finns också möjlighet till ytterligare säng- eller barnsäng på begäran. Det har också ett stort badrum med badkar och egen tvättstuga. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök med stort kylskåp och spis med ugn. Lägenheten har en stor, komfortabel omkrets balkong med norr orientering och havsutsikt.

Huset är ett charmigt litet komplex. Huset ligger i en by, som heter Kato Stalos. Det ligger mycket nära den vackra staden Chania, bara 7 km bort. Chania flygplats ligger 19 km från huset och Iraklio flygplats är 160 km. Huset ligger i en liten, men vacker trädgård av träd och växter på en sidogata som leder till den stora gamla byn Stalos. Samma väg leder bekvämt till det lugna lugna vattnet på en sandstrand 250 m bort. Nära stranden och huset finns tavernor, affärer och supermarknader som ligger nästan 50 meter bort. Det finns också en regelbunden busstrafik till Chania fyra gånger om dagen precis framför huset och bussar var 20: e minut förbi stranden. Dessutom finns en buss till olika byar i väst och sydväst om ön.

Nous avons séjourné 9 jours dans l’appartement de Melina house. Il est fidèle à la description et aux photos. L’appartement est très propre, très bien agencé et bien situé à seulement 7min à pied de la plage. Melina et son mari sont très charmant et gentil. Je vous le recommande.

Très contents de notre séjour

Nous sommes restés deux nuits pour visiter La Canée et ses environs. L'appartement est très propre et conforme à l'annonce. L'accueil d'Antonios très chaleureux.

Excellent service!!!

My family had a wonderful stay at Antonio and Melina property! Great location!!! walking distance to everything, restaurants grocery stores beaches. House is very welcoming and Clean. Antonio give us good tips on all kinds excrusion. They are always around if you need anything!!! We arrived much earlier than check in, no problem rooms were ready for us. I can recommend this place with all my heart!!! Ps.Beds and pillows are very comfy i had washing machine in the bathroom and hanging racks on the balcony which was the greatest thing!!! Big balcony for morning coffee or evening relaxation😊

Sea view and clean appartment

Antonios and Melina were lovely and friendly. It's great to sit on a balcony and eat and drink with a sea view straight ahead. I was a single traveller and this apartment was big enough for me. Two or more people may find the space a little compact but I don't think anyone would find more space for this price. 200m walk to bus stops to go to Chania city or west and further along the coast. Very satisfied.

Lovely appartment

We were made to feel very welcome by Melina, her daughter and husband in this lovely appartment. It had everything we needed to cater for ourselves and we were touched by the welcome drinks. The appartment has 2 large double bedrooms and a small lounge/kitchen area that was sufficient for our needs. You could see the sea from the balcony which was pleasant. As there was no evening sun on the balcony we were shown onto the roof terrace to enjoy the views there in the evening. The appartment is situated away from the busy street but access to the beach, restaurants and other facilities was a very short walk and there is a supermarket just down the road too. We ate at Markos' restaurant which has great views over the coast and was very friendly with nice food and also at Panos Stalos (upper Stalos) to a very local Greek restaurant with stunning views.. Hiring a car meant that we could explore easily, we loved going into the mountains, to the Samria gorge, Lassithi plateau etc and other beaches (Plantias is beautiful). I'd recommend this place.

Building their house in the coastal area of Stalos, just 7 km from the cosmopolitan center of Chania, they decided to create a special place where they will invite people who love travelling & are curious to discover the beauty of the place that they do love too. Stalos has a sense of neighborhood.
- Family restaurants with traditional food and airy surroundings to enjoy every meal of the day.

- The sandy beach is just 5 minutes away on foot and you can easily visit it several times a day. We especially recommend taking a dip late in the afternoon waiting for the sunset. It is one of our favorite moments! The protected plant Lily of the Sea or Pancratium maritimum, gives a special beauty at the beach.

- Melina's House is on the road that leads to the village of Panos Stalos and so you have the chance to hike or cycle exploring the countryside as well. Olives, vineyards, family gardens and the natural environment of the area will give another touch to your trip.

- Extremely important is the direct access to the National Road from where you can explore the whole island.

Our family hotel is a living space inside and out. We take care of it as we do with each apartment separately. It is part of our house and our hospitality!

In the surrounding area you will see plants that thrive in the area as well as our small garden with vegetables of the season. The Lemon Tree has an important role in the backyard of the building because it generously offers us the lemons we need for our cooking preparations.

Characteristic is the Herb's Corner that Melina has created on the shared balcony on the first floor. You can smell and see the herbs of our place separately one by one and why not to use whichever you want in your cooking!

The corridor that you follow to head to your apartment is beautifully designed and decorated with photos of special moments and landscapes of our islandn and historical photos as well.

Don't forget to read a book or a magazine from the library that we've been created for years and you can easily find it next to the entrance.

If you need to wash your clothes, there is a washing machine available on common area.
