Step inside and feel instantly at home in a warm, inviting space with a large leather sectional sofa and 83-inch smart TV, perfect for unwinding and reliving the day's adventures and spending time with family and friends!
After a night out at the Hard Rock Casino or downtown Kingsport on Broad Street, retreat to one of three cozy bedrooms with plush bedding.

Our home is pet welcoming! We have provided a pet bed, food and water bowls, a leash, and pet waste disposal bags for your pet. We just ask that you pick up after them outside and that you not leave them in the home unattended if they are chewers.

There is a washer and dryer located in the garage/basement that is available for guests to use.
TELEVISION AND WIFI
There are three Smart TVs in the home that allow you to login to any streaming apps you would like. There is no cable service provided.
The home features a high speed cable internet connection with 150+mbs download speeds.
OUTDOOR LIVING
This home features a fenced in backyard perfect for your dogs to play in and enjoy! The deck out back has seating, a fire pit, and a gas grill.
PARKING
This home features driveway parking with plenty of space for 3-4 cars and one car in the garage. There is also street parking available in front of the house.
