Excellent Accommodations and Location

This accommodations was quite roomy for 3 couples. The location made it easy starting point to get around island. Anton was the perfect host and assisted us as we were there during Hurricane Fiona

Great property in convenient location

This property suited our needs perfectly. Lots of space to spread out and it's centrally located, which allowed us to explore many parts of beautiful PEI. The owner was very responsive to anything we needed and easy to work with. It's well stocked with towels and very basic kitchen tools and appliances. Would be great to have extra sheets for the beds, a vacuum cleaner and AC units in all the bedrooms, but overall this was a fantastic place for our month-long stay.

We had a wonderful time at your property Beach towels would have been a bonus And outdoor chairs need to be replaced A few items missing in the kitchen but we made do :)

Great house for CBMF

My boyfriend and our siblings stayed here for the music festival, it was close to all stores and restaurants in Charlottetown. Clean and everyone had their own bathroom which made lots of space for getting ready. Has everything you would need! I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

Exploring Seniors

We are 5 seniors of a family group. This property provided us with our own bed/bathroom spaces, a large common kitchen, dining & living room and laundry facilities. It was very well located for doing all the available circle tours as laid out in the provincial highways map providing easy access to the routes. Communication with the property managers was great with a quick reply to any questions. Reluctantly we had to move on to other provinces in our tour but given the opportunity we would rent this accommodation again in a moment. A great base camp for a lengthy stay on PEI Enjoyed by all Thanks again RD & Family

We made it to PEI

Travelling as a group of 4 couples, we weren't sure this property was going to meet our needs, but it turned out to be perfect for us. We had parking for both rental vehicles, and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Issue with a beeping smoke alarm was dealt with promptly and all our questions were answered immediately. Kitchen could've used a few more pots and utensils and a French coffee press would've been nice. Property was well stocked with essentials - garbage bags, towels, dish soap, etc. , it was easy walking distance to grocery/liquor store and the price was within our budget. It was also great to have in house laundry although we didn't actually use it on our holiday. Thank you Anton for helping to make our PEI dream a reality. 😉

Very Pleasant Stay

The property is very new and modern. The location is great and in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins drive to Charlottetown downtown; 10 mins drive to Tea Hill Stratford and 20-25 mins drive to Brackley beach. Easy access to the highway. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate.

FAMILY FUN!!

This property is amazing! Close to downtown, beaches and popular entertainment....Dinner Theatre, waterfront, shopping, Cavendish beach, biking, kayaking, soccer field. Fun for all ages. The house was spotless, everything that you need was there to start your vacation! Anton was there to welcome us right on time. We would definitely vacation there again! Thank you for the home base for all this fun!

Very happy with our stay!

My family of five had a great time relaxing in Charlottetown, PEI in a home away from home for five nights. No cramped quarters in a hotel room, comfortable beds, ample facilities to do some cooking if needed, and plenty of washroom/bathroom space which is especially good with two teenage girls. They stayed in the furnished basement bedroom and were happy having the floor to themselves. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept in a modern home within a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Charlottetown. Anton was able to answer all of my questions by email and was accessible by phone if I had any further questions. If you are looking for a place to stay with modern amenities, I highly recommend this.

Our stay in Charlottetown

We absolutely loved this home in Charlottetown. It was extremely clean, had lots of storage space, the kitchen was roomy and had all necessary equipment including lobster pot and utensils. The beds were all comfy, the bathrooms up to date and very clean.The entire house had beautiful decor. I would stay here again anytime!!! Thanks so much Anton.

Family Vacation in Charlottetown PEI.

This a beautiful home well decorated and very clean.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a meal. There were lots of towels for all our family needs,The beds are very comfortable and it was a pleasure to have the 31/2 bathrooms for our large family. We all had a great time and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to stay..PH.

This is a great, central property. Very clean with basic necessities.

Centrally located in East Royalty in a quiet neighbourhood. This duplex has very comfortable beds and accommodates 8 people nicely. Only issue that we had was the internet that stopped working the day before we left and no signal on the tv in the basement. This however was a Bell issue not anything the owner could resolve.

Beautifully decorated, new and close to town! The house was clean and pleasant to relax in.

We stayed here for the week of our wedding. The house is large with an open concept. Lots of natural light and very clean. The rental came with coffee, soap, laundry soap, and the chocolates Left in the bedrooms were a nice touch! The owners were easy to communicate with and check in and check out was very simple. I would highly recommend this property!
