Regarding parking, our listing states that the property accommodates up to four vehicles, although the exact fit can vary depending on the size of each vehicle. Unfortunately, the HOA has strict parking regulations that prohibit parking on the street or blocking the sidewalk during certain hours. When we reached out during your stay, it was because neighborhood security had notified us that citations were about to be issued, and we wanted to help you avoid a fine. As for checkout, our reminder was sent the evening before at 8:47 PM Central Time. The instructions ask guests to start any remaining towels in the washing machine before departure, rather than having every towel completely washed and dried before leaving. We apologize if that wasn't as clear as it could have been, and we'll review the wording to make it even easier to understand. We also appreciate you mentioning the beach umbrella. While beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and similar items are not provided amenities of the home, we understand how they can be a nice bonus when they're available.
