Welcome to our classic Florida beach home, located less than 5 minutes from two of Delray’s best beaches. Beachy, fun, Key West furnishings inside, hardwood floors throughout. Two bedrooms and a completely updated bathroom, along with a brand new granite and stainless-steel kitchen. Spend your days at the beach and your afternoons in an adarondac chair on the back patio sipping something cool. The fenced-in backyard with shaded and sunny seating, plus the gas grill for bar-b-que and bicycles to ride to the beach are all included. In the evenings, you can easily walk to Atlantic Avenue’s many restaurants and shops, or better yet, do as the locals do and call up Delray's Downtowner shuttle (a free local golf cart shuttle - just one of the tips in our Locals' Guide) and let them take you where you want to go! Either way, Atlantic Avenue is exactly 8 blocks, about a 10-minute walk. The home is 2 blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway, and it’s just a 5 minute drive to both the “main” beach at Atlantic Ave. and the quieter, more natural beach at Atlantic Dunes Park (We actually prefer the latter!)
