You can add access to the upstairs spaces: kitchen, living room, and second-story balcony with woodland + peekaboo lake views.

* +$125 cleaning fee (one-time)

Kitchen access can be added after booking, and we'll work with you to adjust the reservation. Once accepted, the additional fee is automatically applied to your reservation.

This sought-after North Shore location offers the best of Tahoe living, with easy access to Tahoe City, Kings Beach, Incline Village, and Truckee. You’re about an hour from the Reno-Tahoe airport, and world-class ski resorts are within reach via scenic drives or the free TART Connect shuttle. For water lovers, walk or boat to explore some of Tahoe’s most breathtaking destinations or rent a SUP or kayak at the nearby Waterman’s Landing.

*The suite is on the ground floor, and while the friendly owners travel often, if they do happen to be in Tahoe (rare) and use the shared entry, your stay will still be private and peaceful. If you request access to the kitchen and living area on the second floor, the rental becomes fully private with no shared spaces.
