Unwind in Encinitas at this private modern luxury home in a quiet neighborhood. The lush tropical grounds are inviting and promote relaxation in a resort style vibe. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, hair dryers and an iron, this welcoming property has everything you need for a perfect stay. This home boasts a spacious private backyard with a saltwater solar heated pool. There is an outdoor gas fireplace to gather around with your favorite beverage. There is also a BBQ and a covered patio with a large sitting area for your group. Everything you need for a relaxing getaway!
1. No parties or events - Our home is intended for a relaxing getaway, therefore parties are strictly prohibited. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
2. To respect our wonderful neighbors, we ask that you abide by city noise ordinance rules which are no noise between 10pm to 8am
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property
4. No pets allowed (except service dogs)
5. Check out times are 11am and check in is 4pm
*** Please note there are security cameras on the exterior of the property***

Hello potential guests! My name is Jacqui and I was born and raised in Southern California. I have lived in other states (and countries) but none of them ever felt like home. I was brought back here due to life circumstances in 2009 and that is when we bought our home.
My mother used to take me to Encinitas for vacation when I was 12 years old so when I had the opportunity to buy a home here, I did not hesitate. We spent 2 years completely remodeling the home and we consider this property our paradise and we hope you will too.
As your host, I am eager to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and that you will have positive memories as I did many years ago.

Our property has a salt water pool which is better for your skin and hair. We have an open floor plan conducive to family stays. Outdoor space boasts covered patio, fireplace and BBQ in a tropical setting.
