House Rules-
Occupancy
• Occupancy of the home is limited to 10 persons. This includes infants and children as well as adults. Each person who will occupy the home must be listed at the time of booking.
Quiet Times
• Per agreement with the Wehilani Homeowners Association, the hours between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. have been designated as “quiet hours.”
• During these hours, guests should refrain from playing loud music or other media that could disturb neighbors.
• Outdoor conversations should be kept low.
Arrival at the House
• Guests are requested to schedule arrival prior to 8 p.m.
• In the event that a flight is delayed, guests who arrive late in the evening must be respectful of the quiet hours when they arrive.
• Guests will receive a text from the Lanui Realty Property Coordinator 24 hours prior to arrival with information about meeting guests at the home and helping them to get settled. If requested, the Property Coordinator can also arrange to have the refrigerator stocked prior to arrival at an additional fee.
No Smoking Permitted
• This is a non-smoking property.
• Absolutely no smoking of cigarettes, cigars, or any other tobacco or plant or natural or synthetic smoking material or electronic smoking devices are permitted anywhere on the Property.
Entertaining and Celebrations
• From time to time, guests may wish to invite friends to join them for an afternoon or evening.
• Guest invited friends are limited to 4 people per occurrence. Friends may not stay overnight.
• All entertaining must cease before the beginning of the quiet hours at 9 p.m. All invited friends are expected to leave the property by that time.
• If guests wish to host larger events, arrangements must be made with the Property Manager at the time of booking to ensure that the event will in no way interfere with the peaceful tranquility of the neighborhood.
• Failure to adhere to these rules may result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
Pool Area
• Guests acknowledge that use of the pool is at their own risk. There is no lifeguard.
• Children under the age of six must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
• To ensure safety, the floating pool alarm must remain on at all times except when adults and supervised children are in the pool.
• For added safety, wearable wrist band alarms for use by children and other non-swimmers have been provided. The wristbands should be worn when playing outside and around the pool. An alarm will sound as an alert if the wristband hits the water.
• Infants must wear clean, waterproof diapers designed specifically for pool use.
• Towels should be placed on pool chairs and lounges before use.
• No glass containers are permitted around the pool. All food and beverages must be in plastic or metal containers.
Parking
• Guest parking is located on the driveway in front of the two car garage.
• Access to the single car garage may not be blocked by guest vehicles.
• There is ample space on the driveway for more than one vehicle.
Property Gate
• To ensure safety and security of the property, the gate at the end of the driveway must remain closed at all times other than during ingress and egress.
• The gate will open automatically when exiting the property.
• A remote opener is required to enter the property from the road. Guests will be provided with a remote control to keep in their rental car for this purpose.
• Please remember to return the remote when you check out.
• If you go out for a walk or a jog, remember to take the gate remote with you.
Barbecue Grill
• Guests are asked to clean the barbecue grill after each use. Barbecue tools are located in the top right hand drawer of the cabinet near the grill.
Pets
• No pets are permitted on the property.
• Specifically trained service animals may be permitted.
