Family of 3- perfect for us. We were out and about often so we didn’t eat or cook any meals here but everything appeared well stocked. Communication was fantastic!

We enjoyed staying here! It had all we needed. The area and beach weren't very busy so it was a super relaxing!! Would defiantly stay here again.

Such a cute room!! we stayed and cooked dinner and other nights we walked to little restaurants, the beach is really close so we saved gas by walking everywhere. You’re able to book if you’re 18 which was amazing and we were so grateful!!

Eric was very communicative and willing to help make our check in process run smoothly after coming from a different rental. The condo is hidden enough to wear it makes you feel comfortable walking to and from places. Not too many shops nearby but within a 10 min driving radius you can find some shops. Overall, one of the best stays for our first time in PCB!

The place is good for couples and folks who don’t stay in the room a lot except to sleep. We had some issues on day two but the host responded fast and was able to resolve them in a timely manner while being courteous! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in pcb

We had the best time, even with a hurricane heading into the area! The listing was spot-on and accurate, and the area was safe, quiet, and walkable.The Winn-Dixie grocery store is no longer there, as it’s being replaced by Aldi. I’m not sure when Aldi will open, but Walmart, Target, and Carousel Grocery are all down the road. I really liked Carousel Grocery!The unit is literally right across the street from the beach, and although it’s on the second floor, the balcony is big and spacious—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.Eric, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better stay! We would definitely recommend this place!

Host was nice and the condo was cozy and clean! There is a Winn Dixie within less than 5min walk and the beach was very easy to access with a nearby crosswalk.

Nice place. Short walk to the beach. On problem was that the remotes didn’t work for tv in bedroom. Would book again. Very quick response.

Loved the location had a little trouble finding the place probably because of the GPS! But the landlord hit me right back and helped! The bed was super comfortable great experience!

Host was amazing,went out of his way communication outstanding..Room need some update as paint and new bedroom curtains they were ripped .cleaning vents would help,also fix the tub child couldnt take bath and the knob had mold..And guest please stop taking things,there was no can opener or sauce pans..Pools were great balcony was awesome.Just a small walk across street to the beauty of the beach

Location was perfect, very short walk to the public beach access. Literally 2 or 3 minutes from your door to the sand. The property was clean, bed and couch bed both comfortable. Kitchen furnished nicely, loved the washer and dryer. The AC was super cold. We enjoyed the pool daily! Parking was great, walk up one flight of stairs to your door. The neighborhood was quiet and traffic was not bad at all. Never had trouble pulling out onto FBR. Close to pier park and lots of good restaurants plus close to Thomas Doughnuts, a PCB staple! I traveled with my daughter, 21 and my son, 27. The condo is small but perfect for 2-3 people. We will definitely return to this property!
