Charmig strand Gulf Shores Semesterbostad strand hus med 3 sovrum, 2 badrum. Lana Magnolia Landing, ligger i avskild West Beach-området i Gulf Shores, bara några hundra meter från Lagoon Pass. Lugn strand, avkopplande hem, bara några minuter från restauranger, affärer och attraktioner. Välkommen till Lana Magnolia Landing!

Njut av den moderna traditionella kustnära strandinredningen komplett med uppdaterat kök och bad. Bekväma nya möbler gör dig så hemma. Underbar strandpromenad komplett med solstolar att njuta av utsikten och ljudet av havet. Bara gå ner på verandan steg och där är du!

På första våningen, utöver vardagsrum och matsal och kök finns 2 bäddsrum. 1: a rummet drottning och tvilling. 2: a rum, kung sovrum, en våningssäng och ett badrum. På övervåningen i master sviten, en king size-säng och ett annat badrum. Vardagsrummet på Lana's Magnolia Landing har underbar utsikt, bekväma sittplatser och en platt-TV. Det finns plats för alla att äta tillsammans.

Utanför har vi en grill, picknickbord och hängmatta plus några solstolar och sandleksaker för dig att njuta av. Gå över till Lagoon Pass för att njuta av att titta på heron och pelikaner när fisken simmar in och ut med tidvatten. Stort fiske och eremitkrabba jagar efter de små.

Gulf Shores är extremt familjevänlig och avslappnad. Njut av stranden, fiske och båtliv. Vi har underbara färska lokala skaldjur och en rad bra restauranger.

Gulf Shores har 9 golfbanor inom 20 minuter, inklusive Kiva Dunes, den bästa kursen i staten. Lokala nöjen inkluderar Waterville USA, flera putt-putt och go-cart platser, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo (föremål för The Animal Planet tv-serien The Little Zoo som kunde) och mer. Det finns två historiska förborgerkrigsborgar (Forts Morgan och Gaines) plus National Naval Air Museum och hem för de blå änglarna i närliggande Pensacola. Family First

Had a great stay at the residence. The property was just as described online. Great access to the beach. We all slept well and enjoyed the amenities included. We would gladly book this property in the future.

Great location & close to the beach!

This house has great views, the beach is out the back door and great location to all things in Gulf Shores. If you like a cold master bedroom (like us), bring a fan. Communication with the owner was easy and quick responding. We would love to stay there again!

Cozy Beach Home

Loved the property. Was right on the beach and sitting on the back deck was so awesome. Listening to the ocean was so relaxing. At night it was so peaceful just sitting back and listening to the waves crash on the beach. The house is very roomy and comfortable. We did have issues with folks using the walkway from the house to the beach. They apparently don’t read the many signs that state it is not a beach access. Other than that our time was spent relaxing.

This place was so amazing! Immaculate! Communication was great! Lauren, the host, answered any questions like in minutes. Location was the best. The little extra things were noticed & it made our trip so enjoyable & comfortable. I’m a beach front house snob & this place hit all of my expectations!

Great Location!

Loved our stay at the beach house! Great views of the beach and dolphins was also super close to the lagoon for calm swimming and fishing. Host was quick to respond to concerns during our stay. My only complaints are small. I wish there was a little more information up front about the location, provided amenities, etc.

Beautiful as always

We love coming back here. The views alone and the beach access are entirely worth it. The kids have more freedom here than they ever did in a condo, and the location is unmatched. We love spending mornings and evenings on the large porch overlooking the sea. It’s relatively quiet, even with neighbors on either side, which is an added bonus. We will continue to return as long as we’re allowed. Thank you again, for another beautiful stay, and another year of memories made.

Beach life for a week

We absolutely loved our stay. You cannot beat this location! The house is cute and beds were comfortable. Water pressure in showers good! The house was clean to the naked eye but little things like vents that looked pretty gross and clothes that weren’t ours under bed were a turn off. We had to clean more than a few dishes that still had stuff on them. Still the view and beach steps away tops it all. We did have trouble with people from condos behind cutting through. We would tell them it is private property and they are not to use it. Laura was quick to get back with me which I appreciated!

Great location

You can’t argue with the location of this property. Direct beach access and a short walk to the little lagoon. The home is a bit dated, but sufficient for a beach property vacation. The back door slider is extremely difficult to open and close. Needs to be addressed. The property manager was easy to work with. Easy check in and check out.

Perfect Beach House

Loved everything about this rental, house is decorated super cute and location on the beach could not have been better. Far enough from public access points to ensure never crowded on beach in front of house. Lots of beach toys was a plus and dedicated ice maker was really great touch for a beach rental. Owner was very good with communication. Two recommendations to make it even more stellar - a larger Weber grill and upgrade on the WiFi. Was a bummer that WiFi didn’t reach living room, so college kids taking online class had to sit in back bedrooms to get a signal.

3 couples and some kids! great beach getaway!

We loved this place. So perfect for what we needed. I only wish we had been in the upstairs main bedroom it's so cute. The view was awesome!!! Everything you could need in the kitchen, lots of towels and before you go buy a bunch of beach stuff check out the laundry room. Chairs,umbrellas, boogie boards, fishing poles ,and tons of beach toys! It was clean and had a relaxing beachy vibe. Plenty of places to sit and a great deck. The beds in the room we had were a little stiff but everyone has different standards on that. This house is so much better then a condo. This place is right on the outside of where the beach houses start and no more than 3-4 min drive to the main restaurants. Lauren was awesome to work with, my husband said she was always so nice and accommodating. Thank you Lauren for such a great little beach gem. I'm not ashamed to say I teared up several times as we packed up our car to leave. Its even roomier then it appears in the pics. We will be planning our next trip to this house hopefully sooner than later! Can't wait!

Perfect for Beach Getaway Girls Trip!

We had an amazing time at Lana's Magnolia Landing beach house. This trip was a gift for my daughter who just graduated from HS. We drove down from Missouri and stayed for a week. PROS: Too many to list! Roomy and beautifully decorated. Felt right at home the minute we walked in. Plenty of dishes and utensils with modern appliances. The listing said there was only one bathroom, but in fact there are two, which was a big plus! Washer and dryer worked great. House is steps away from a private beach, so it was never crowded or noisy. Close to all sorts of restaurants and shops, so you never have to drive far to find something fun! CONS: Listing said no pets allowed, but there was an odor of dog urine on the stairs leading to upper bedroom and in the upper bedroom, especially if it got warm in the house. Not bad enough for us to complain, but it was noticeable at times. There was also a drawer full of dog toys in one of the storage bins, so perhaps at one time pets were allowed. Even though it is a private beach for the houses in the immediate area, there were quite a few people walking over from the condos across the street and using our driveway and the path next to our house to get to the beach. One evening when we returned from being out all day, someone had turned our outdoor shower on and left it running. All in all, we had a wonderful time here, and our host, Lana, was very pleasant and responsive to any questions we had. We look forward to returning again soon!

The most relaxing stay and view

We spent a beautiful week on this property, and are already missing it. The view and location were beyond perfect. We spent a lot of our time on the back porch overlooking the beach and sea, as well as on the beach. We’ve decided we won’t ever again settle for a condo after this experience and we definitely plan on coming back. Thank you for allowing us to spend some time in your beautiful home on an incredible beach. Above and beyond communications, as well. It was truly everything we could’ve asked for and more.

1st, 2nd, & 3rd times the charm.

The location of this property can’t be beat. There were several much appreciated improvements made to the property since our last stay (fixed outdoor shower, plenty of tv/entertainment options, new grill). The owner is always VERY quick to respond to any minor issues/questions to be had.

Amazing views!

We loved our stay at this rustic beach house. The location is just a short drive to the many amenities of Gulf Shores and still remote enough to truly relax. The ocean front & beach front view out back is spectacular!

Great visit!

This is a great place to stay if you prefer a quieter beach house over a condo. We played on the beach everyday, so loved the easy access and deck overlooking the beach and ocean. The place was very comfortable and clean. There ended up being five of us and we had plenty of room. I definitely recommend this house.
