“Off The Clock” is a stunning, one-of-a-kind property. It is a three bedroom, three bath home in the Crystal Beach neighborhood. This house was professionally decorated and furnished with no expense beings spared on selections for your comfort and pleasure. Better yet, it is a short stroll to our world famous white sandy beach and emerald, green water!
We have a designated beach “set-up” (two chairs and an umbrella) during the season (March through October). We are located steps from the beach with a beautiful private backyard retreat offering a *heated pool, outdoor shower, and a propane grill off the side entry of the yard. Perfect for cooking your fresh-caught gulf seafood! We have extra beach chairs and an umbrella to throw in our beach wagon so that your entire family can camp out for the day at the beach. We even included a heavy-duty cooler with beach wheels! The house is so close to the beach that you can come and go back and forth all day long. Once you’ve enjoyed enough of the beach, come back to the house, and indulge in the private heated 12 x 24 salt water swimming pool with generous deck space and multiple seating areas for socializing. The large grassy backyard is perfect for a game of catch or Frisbee!
Our house has several highly rated local restaurants in walking distance. We also have a variety of grocery stores located within a couple miles, including Whole Foods and Publix. Whichever food choice you make, we have a smartly appointed chef’s kitchen with every cooking utensil and serving dish that you will need. “Off The Clock” is brand new, just completed September 2021. This gorgeous three bedroom, three bath house has everything you need to have a memorable stay! We have tried to anticipate your every need.

• Cleaning soaps and paper supplies: we provide one roll of toilet paper in every bathroom and one roll of paper towels, one kitchen garbage bag, and one trash liner in small trash cans in bathrooms and bedrooms. We provide one travel-size hand soap, shampoo, and body wash for each bathroom, and a couple dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, but these are not guaranteed.
• Towels and Toiletries: we have bath, hand, and face cloths. We offer some pool towels for your use, or you may bring your own. We ask that you provide your own beach towels. 3 hair dryers, Iron, ironing board, and Steamer
• Bed linens: We provide new, clean, and high-quality linens for you.

Regulations per city regulations, we can only park 5 vehicles at our location. Parking on the street or over the driveway is not permitted. There is a city noise ordinance beginning at 10:00 pm. Please turn all music down and keep voices at a respectable level after 10:00.
