Great location

Brought our boat and stayed on the water the entire trip. Kids fished from the dock and swam in the pool. Grilled out a few nights and also took the boat to the Harborwalk to dinner. Crab island only a 20mins boat ride from the dock. Enjoyed our stay! Loved the commercial grade ice maker also.

Relaxing vacation home

Clean and relaxing home. We are a family with teenagers so it was nice for each of us to have our own spaces and bathrooms. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and relaxing in the pool and hot tub. This home is in a great location and is close to many restaurants and stores. The nearby private beach was a lovely feature as well.

Great property!

Our family, including three teenage boys, loved our stay. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the location and quick walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were a favorite place to relax while one son fished from the doc. We highly recommend this property and are hoping it’s available on our next trip to Destin.

Great vacation home! Clean, spacious home We had everything we needed. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi especially after golf. Great neighborhood to walk, short walk to private beach. Highly recommend!

Great week long vacation

Went with three couples to relax and do some fishing. The boat dock was great. The pool was small but adequate and comfortable. A couple minor issues came up with the house (broken coffee maker & handle on kitchen sink), but the issues were fixed very quickly since communication with property management was very easy with quick responses.

49th at the Beach!

Such a gorgeous location to celebrate my 49th birthday with my family! We were so happy to find a house to host our boat as well! Kids got to fish off the dock & mama enjoyed the pool with coffee each morning! ….except that morning we walked to the beach for surfside coffee! Thank you so much for hosting my family & I.

Great Property

Overall, it was an amazing house and great location/neighborhood. The beach was beautiful and the house was just as it looks in the pictures. We were disappointed with a few little things - like no toilet paper in the bathrooms within a few hours of arrival and the key card being a little finicky. Other than that, it was great!

Beautiful house a few minutes to the beach

The house is great, it looks basically just like the pictures. I had high expectations and they were met. Huge well stocked open kitchen and great room, the balcony is bigger than I expected and provides great shade and great place to have coffee in the AM. The kids room is pretty tight, but the adult bedrooms are huge. Location is amazing, just a few blocks from a beautiful stretch of beach that wasn't super crowded despite it being spring break time. We caught some fish off the docks and spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub. The gas grill needs a little help getting 2/3 burners lit, but once you do, it gets really hot (great for steaks). We had a couple of minor issues and the management team was responsive in that they answered right away, but both times they said they would call me back with more answers/info and never did (it was fairly minor issues so not a huge deal). Otherwise, absolutely nothing to complain about and would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

This house was great for my family! It was close enough to the beach and the wagon was great for carting our stuff there and back. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub even though we had a few issues figuring out the heating system. I suggest only paying for pool heat if you want the pool to be a spa! Overall though it was great!

Great House & Location!

This house was perfect for my family of 5. The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to all the activities. The private beach access was fantastic. Our favorite parts of the house were the hot tub and heated pool plus the dock area that we used to fish. We spent hours in the backyard every evening. We did have a small issue with the pool heater but they were very quick to repair and refunded us for the one day we did not have use of the pool heater. We will definitely look into renting the house again if we come back to Destin!

Very nice place

Place was very nice and very clean. The hole family enjoyed the place. Would come back to this place. The only things that bugged me a little bit was, we paid for pool to be heated (50$ a day) they still locked out the pool control bord and we really only had a heated pool about half the time as the the system kept throwing itself into “Lo mode” not allowing the burner to heat the pool. Pool guy I called on once , he came, left… it started doing it again the next day. The pool area itself is in desperate need of some outdoor lights by it. Other than the pool issue , really can’t complain about anything . Very nice place in a great location. Would be nice to see a couple bikes and kayaks added sometime
