All the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen was very clean. Appliances were all new as well. Pool was perfect for my family.

The place was clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The back yard oasis was super cute and if the weather had been warmer would have loved to enjoy it.

Quiet and clam! Just what we were looking for. The showers were nice and hot and the pool was super nice for the hot weekend. Very spacious and enough privacy for everyone

Great house in Palm Springs. Adorable decor. Pool is wonderful to have because the weather was hot hot hot. Location was central, easy to find and easy to drive to everything. Not walkable to any attractions or downtown from the house. Lots of space for my family of 5 to spread out, which is always appreciated when we travel.If we found ourselves in palm springs again, I'd stay here again

Really centrally located in Palm Springs, close to nightlife and restaurants. Very clean property with an amazing pool, and spacious bedrooms. Highly recommended!

Check in was very easy. The property was easy to find and not too far from the event venue and downtown. It was in a pleasant neighborhood. The house was tidy and kitchen had sufficient glassware, dish ware and utensils. Sparse furnishings were not fancy but in good condition in living room and dining room. We were quite displeased with most everything else. The beds were all very low quality and extremely uncomfortable and squishy, like a half filled air mattress feels. Showers did not work properly (only hand wand worked) and water did not get past warm. Sink handle comes off when you lift up. Half the kitchen outlets did not work to include the microwave, the dishwasher and outlet for coffee maker. All bedding was 100% polyester which was scratchy and non-breathable. The amount of shade in back patio was lovely. However, the property has not been kept up. The pool area and yard were shabby; lots of peeling paint; old lounge furniture and no fans anywhere, inside or out. The ice maker and filter water on fridge do not work and the cleaning staff used what smelled like 5 cans of terribly smelling Fabreeze through out the home and on all the bedding. We had to air out the house for half a day just to breath inside. Lack of any quality features; the shabby condition of beds; bedding, towels and outdoor space compared to what was charged was really a bummer. Do not recommend for the price.

Unfortunately our stay was largely underwhelming. The pool never got to a comfortable temperature and most, if not all of the poolside and corn hole furniture was broken. That, in addition to what were the least comfortable beds imaginable, led to a disappointing stay.

The house was perfect for our needs. I stayed with my husband 2 adult children and my son's girlfriend for 4 nights. The location was beautiful, we loved opening the front door and seeing mountains.The house was in a great location for all we wanted to do in the Palm Springs area , tennis at Indian Wells, hiking at Joshua Tree and Indian Canyons, running on the CV trail and so close to great food in downtown Palm Springs. Jumping in the pool at the end of an active hot day was so refreshing as well. The house also close to a big supermarket.It was clean and had what we needed from a kitchen and had a cool Palm Springs vibe.Would definately stay again

Great Palm Springs Stay!

The home was exactly as pictured and described!My family and I enjoyed the swimming pool so much, just perfect for the hot summer heat. We also cooked dinner and everything we needed was stocked! Highly recommend this rental property and hope to return!
