Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and for staying at Suite Retreat! We’re glad you enjoyed the location and found the space clean and well appointed — we really appreciate you sharing that. We did want to clarify that the stovetop was confirmed fully operational right after your stay and has since been re-checked between stays to confirm it’s working properly. That said, we truly appreciate you flagging your experience, as guest input helps us stay on top of everything. I wish you would have let us know you had trouble with it while you were there! We absolutley would have helped out right away. Thank you as well for the helpful suggestions regarding additional bathroom hooks and shelving — those are great ideas and will absolutely be considered as we continue to make improvements. We’re grateful you chose to stay with JustGo Travel Properties, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay at Suite Retreat. It’s always a pleasure to host guests who appreciate the peaceful setting and cozy comfort our little place in Akron has to offer. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!
