we'll, it is a 3 bedroom with a pretty nice sized living room. mostly folks are outdoors anyway. cozy and fun space. this is not the Ritz and the price is right. Great location and beach access for your money. Enjoy.....

I think it's very helpful to have little notes around that help people do things most efficiently with the least amount of confusion. There's a lot of moving parts in a unit that houses 9 people. some people really appreciate that.

Hi Tom, Thanks for thoughtful review. Yes it is true that you will get your steps in and I wish the layout was better as well but that is also one of the reasons my place is such a bargain. Regarding the AC use I’m sorry you guys got so hot, my intention is just for the guests to be mindful of the AC use and utilize the trade winds when applicable. I always want my guests to be comfortable and would never want you to roast if the winds are not blowing. Good suggestion about the Costco shop as guests do tend to leave condiments. I’m glad you had a great trip and I’m happy to hear that you would stay here again.

aloha future guests.....wow, i was so sorry that my air bed couch broke....I was on it though, and have already purchased a gorgeous new, 8.5 inch fabulous new sofa sleeper. you'll love it. sorry those folks were the first ones there after the prior guests punctured the old one. all else has been upgraded and the whole place is just shining. it's a great area and a wonderful complex. thanks for understanding. grace

I am truly sorry that I had an emergency need to get something out of owners closet during their stay. VERY unusual.... as far as towel, i have that stated in my listing. Due to the amount of guests that stay there, when we have a check in same day as check out, your help is greatly appreciated. if you plan ahead, you surely don't have to "sit around and wait" for towels. Takes only a minute to throw them in washer while you pack up. and another minute to throw in the dryer. yes, i request that they're folded.....part of the trade up for having a unit that sleeps 9 people. you need to help a bit. plenty of people to help. thank you for that.

I appreciate the guests comments on the living room furniture situation. It's a bit of a challenge to house 9 guests, which seems to be a popular one. So, in order to do that the seating has to be on chairs as only one couch fits in the living room. but there's enough space for all guests to sit somewhere for chatting or TV watching . Yes, as far as the towels, it's not so much that they are worn as not big and fluffy towels. At this unit, i request that the guests wash and dry all towels before they leave, so i have chosen thinner towels so the process takes less time for them to complete. the dishwasher only accommodates 1-2 meals at a time, so the amount of dishes and glasses is just enough for that. Again, it's a challenge to have all needs met for 9 people......i do the best I can for this situation. Usually it's not a problem for any one. There's enough for all.

thanks for great review. just fr the record , the fridge just needs to be emptied of your unused food.....and in a condo that houses 9 people, all the rest is truly necessary......so many people. i so appreciate the support of handling your footprint. of course, our team does all the big work of making beds, clening bathroom and kitchen, floors, lanai, emptying dishwasher, etc. so, thank you for cooperating when a guest. Yes, the steps are really there and great exercise to be on fourth floor, FAR away from elevator.

I appreciate the reality of walking up steps....and I do alert you of this in the listing. personally, I love the steps as i feel it s GREAT exercise during the day......and great location by the pool. i advise older, less vital people that this might not be the best location for them. regarding the cleanliness of the unit, I must admit, that this was a day when my cleaner had taken a new job that had him work all night, and did not do his normal good work that day for these guests. I granted them a discount help compensate for that. since these guests have checked out, I have hired a new, really professional cleaning company to do the first rate, top drawer cleaning that I want to offer to all my guests. I feel confident that you will find the place impeccably clean and shining from here on. This is a complex that is maybe 30 years old, and so not everything is the most modern. but there are granite counter tops, very good beds, a wonderful lanai with ocean view...and spacious interior. everything you need is here for you. I regret that these guests had this experience, and have done everything possible to make sure it doesn't happen again.
