Built in 1958, this modest home is thoughtfully furnished and creatively designed, making it both cozy and inviting.
Perched just above the skyline, this property offers a 180-degree view of the entire Silicon Valley. An expansive, private deck stretches the full length of the house, while a quiet, shared hillside backyard space makes this home feel like a serene escape.
Whether enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee, listening to the symphony of birds overhead, or watching the sun set as the city lights come to life, this house hums a peace and calm.
INCLUDES: two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a TV, and a dining room stocked with puzzles and games- even a vintage Roulette Wheel!
The dining room can also double as a private office, with a pocket door separating it from the kitchen.
The comfortable kitchen has plenty of countertop space, a new induction stovetop, a new Frigidaire refrigerator, an oven, microwave, toaster oven, a new coffee maker, and a vast array of kitchenware (though no dishwasher).

This area, with it's tree-lined streets, chirping birds, and mountain views, was the ideal setting for us to start a life. This neighborhood is friendly, quiet, safe, and serene - yet, close enough to all the stores, conveniences, parks, and nightlife that make Silicon Valley the pulse of Northern California.

This property, with it's perfect hillside location, boasts the best view in Los Gatos, while being just off of Blossom Hill Rd and mere minutes from both the 17 and 85 Freeways. In addition, the many oak trees, coastal florae, and epic views of the sky provide an invaluable feeling of being out in nature, with the convenience and comfort of a warm and inviting home.
