Reach out to me and I'll arrange just the right set up for you. If all you want is one room we can do that. If you want 2 bedrooms and the den, that works too. The pricing can be adjusted. This opportunity to stay 1 mile from the beach features a upscale look in the 2 upstairs bedrooms and TV Room living space (with a sofa bed). The Master bedroom (is booked through September) but the guest room is available and has a spectacular view of the mountains with a hall bathroom. I can be arrange one more room if you need it. The outdoor deck is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The downstairs is shared space with a kitchen, dining area and a living room which opens to the front garden patio (great for a party). We have AC, WiFi, and a washer and dryer. The cat loves people and my son and I do too. The easy going guest will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Stick to yourself or spend time interacting with us.
