Ocean One Beachside

This is a beautiful property with a great view, superb walking access to the beach and restaurants/shops. The property has a very nice newly renovated pool. My sister and I met here for Easter weekend. We especially enjoyed the upscale furnishing and decorating. The balconies overlooking the ocean had the perfect healing effect. Enjoyed!

Amazing stay!

We’ve been coming to Ocean One for over 5 years and this has been our favorite condo on the property so far. Everything is renovated and the kitchen is huge, great for a family. Pictures do not do this condo justice. Very clean and great view of pool and ocean. Only advice to guests is to bring extra blankets!

Pictures Don’t Do Justice

The accommodations were perfect for us. It was probably the shortest walk to the beach from anywhere. We overlooked the pool and we had an amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen is more spacious than it appears and was decorated in a nice beach theme throughout.

The balcony view was gorgeous. We loved staying at this property and specifically, in this unit. You have thought of everything! The only minor criticism is that the pool is very cool. We thought it would have been heated to a warmer temperature. This was not a deal breaker, however. We loved our stay. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening. We enjoyed hearing the live music coming from the Tiki Hut next door. We would love to come again next year!

Beautiful clean condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo and seashore vacation was so easy to work with! We would love to rent again, but unfortunately the curtains in master bedroom were so thin and the pool lights kept my wife up until she had to use spare bedroom all week. Just a simple darkening shade/ blinds would make this condo spectacular!

Clean but dated

Seashore vacations was amazing in offering us this accommodation when our original rental was under construction. Great location and size with an awesome ocean view. Kitchen was well stocked and the place was clean. The condo could use an overall refresh as bathrooms and furniture were showing their age. There were no hangers which would be an easy fix and the towels were thin and not very absorbant. Most outlets needed to be replaced and would habe been lovely if the windows opened. Overall these things did not take away from a wonderful week on our favourite island. Thanks seashore vacations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were extremely happy with the space. Unfortunately, the AC unit went out and was not able to be repaired. The owner and management company worked very hard to get us into a new space for last two days. My family was happy with the location and the condo. Lots to do within .25 miles.

Chased out by Ian

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of this condo. It's proximity to all the action at Coligny makes it really convenient. Having stayed at Ocean One several times, we are familiar with it's amenities. We were delightfully surprised to see the fire-pit patio under construction, and gratified to learn there is a plan to completely re-surface the pool and deck (much needed). The elevator was broken during our stay, so we were happy to be only on the second floor. This unit is fitted-out with everything you need, and probably the best-equipped kitchen of any vacation rental I've ever stayed in.The condo was very clean and ready for our arrival slightly early, which was an unexpected gift after long travel. Thank you for that, Seashore Vacations!!!Unfortunately, two things dampened our stay; the arrival of hurricane Ian (and potential storm-surge flooding), and the extremely uncomfortable beds. We left just before the storm hit to avoid traffic, rain, and vehicle-damaging flooding. With the weather turning terrible, it wasn't worth it to us to put up with any more nights sleeping on slabs of rock.

Beautiful condo and amazing location, but the beds need replaced

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and it was an amazing location. You can walk to coligny in under 10 minutes. Our only complaint was the beds, the mattresses need to be replaced in both rooms.

Very happy with our stay this past weekend. Location is prime and very simple easy access to beach and condo. 209 was clean and well equipped and very spacious for a 2 bedroom. Property management company was very responsive to a few items that came up.
