Beläget i South Forest Beach och gångavstånd till Coligny Plaza & Beach Market, bara gå igenom breezeway till stranden! Vår bottenvåningen enhet är rullstol. Ett vackert renoverade lägenhet med granit bänkskivor hela, nya apparater, walk-in helkaklade dusch (master), nya sängkläder och möbler, nya golv och mycket bekvämt att många lokala attraktioner med bara en kort promenad. I vardagsrummet finns en 50 "high definition platt SMART TV. Inkluderar gratis kabel med premium-kanaler och om du har en Amazon eller Netflix-konto, kan du logga in på ditt eget konto på TV: n. Enheten innehåller WiFi hela.
Det stora sovrummet har en stor säng med nya sängkläder, 50 "platt skärm Smart TV och badrummet har en låg steg promenad i kaklade regndusch.
Gästen bad har ett badkar med en löstagbar handdusch.

Great Spot steps from the beach

The unit was warm and welcoming. We cooked several meals there and they provided what we needed. It was a well stocked kitchen. It was close to everything that we needed. We walked to some shopping areas, others we drove. We rented bikes conveniently located across the street. They were well stocked with beach items. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

1st trip to Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was spacious and clean with all of the amenities we needed for our family. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was refreshing. We will definitely stay here again.

Fun stay in Hilton Head

The complex was very clean, the host was very attentive and communication was extremely thorough. The condo was a great size, clean, and beautiful. Perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Square.

Beautiful relaxing stay

This is a lovely resort! This condo had everything we could want for a beautiful relaxing trip. We loved being able to easily walk to the pool, the beach and Coligny. A great bonus were the beach chairs and umbrella. We didn't use any of the games but loved the variety available to us. We would definitely choose to stay here in the future.

Spring Break 2023

We had an amazing time. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. It was super convenient to the beach and to local restaurants. There is also a great park close by for little kids. The host is easily accessible and was able to helped us with a cable issue very quickly. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Wonderful experience

This condo was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Very relaxing and convenient to everything. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The furniture in the living room is very comfortable. It was great to be on the first floor and just walk out to the beach. We highly recommend this property.

Great beachfront condo in a quiet complex

We thoroughly enjoyed the 3-night stay we had recently. The condo is clean, recently remodeled, and extremely well-equipped. It had everything we needed, including beach umbrellas and towels. It is beachfront, but understand that the beach is 100 yards or more away. Nonetheless, that's not a problem in any way. No place on this stretch of beach is any closer. The beach is big and very nice. It's public but not crowded (at least after Easter when we went). The owners have thought of everything and provide an excellent experience. The complex itself is a little dated and not showy, but the condo was recently re-done and is great and quiet. We went as a couple, but this could very comfortably accommodate 2 couples or up to 8-10 people if you want to put a couple on the sleeper sofa. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

Clean and spacious beachfront, family friendly!!

Perfectly appointed beachfront condo. The most family friendly rental we have been to! Closets full of toys, beach gear/ towels, TVs in all rooms, and full sized appliances. The attention to detail is crucial for an easy beach vacation. We loved the wagon, tent, boogie boards, life jackets, sand toys, and beach chairs. The beds and couches were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen appliances but bring your own food, spices, oil, ziplocs/foil etc. They provided starter packs of cleaning supplies / paper products and the only thing I used of my own was laundry detergent for the 7 day vacation (even though I think it was provided). The stand alone fans were a nice addition as it was warm at times. Easy dedicated parking space out front and a few guest spots close by. The proximity to Coligy and Sea Pines was very convenient! And the beach is just a short walk over the boardwalk, right in the backyard! The master bedroom lets in plenty of natural light, so for those who like total darkness, they have provided sleep masks. So thoughtful! Everything was truly clean and perfect- a home away from home. My family would love to stay at this property again! Thank you Mark, Mari, and Michelle for being very communicable about all of our questions and needs! We couldn’t have had a better vacation!!

While you couldn’t see a clear view of the actual beach from the ground floor, you could see some of the ocean and boats that travelled past the area.The rooms were comfortable and everything was well maintained. I liked that there was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fairly well-stocked (guests may want to open all cabinets to see what is stored in various places). I used the Keurig because I didn’t see the stored larger coffee pot until I had been there several days. I also didn’t locate the clock/sound machine in one of the drawers until the day we were leaving. If you bring kids, you may want to also bring some plastic cups and plates to use for them, since all the dishes in the cabinet are Corelle-type and glass. We had a great stay, and I actually liked that the unit is on the corner end of the building. It was quiet and peaceful looking out at the patch of green space and then beyond to the dunes and the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place in Hilton Head

Varför värden valde detta boende

We wanted a nice place to stay on the weekends with our kids and our family. We decided to purchase this property because it is located in a smaller private community. We are centered in a very popular area and when you walk out to the beach you will see crowds to the left and right where all of the big resorts are. But Ocean Club is really small, no high rises here so our beach is clean and quieter than the rest of the beach. When you want a crowd, you can walk 5 minutes down the beach to the TIKI HUT. But when you want to relax, our area in front of Ocean Club is calm and relaxing. You have the best beach right outside your back door without fighting the crowds! We also have small children, so when they want a snack or to use the bathroom or take a nap, its just a quick few steps back to the house. We set up our tent in the morning and are in and out all day long. It's the best of both worlds. We can't use it every weekend, so when we made the decision to rent it out, we decided that we were going to make it the way that WE would want it to be if we were renters. Nobody wants to go on vacation and walk into a dark, outdated and musty smelling place with uncomfortable beds, suspicious linens and a dirty shower! We want to feel like we can come in from a long day and take a nice clean shower and relax on comfortable furniture with amenities that we would actually want in our own house. Bright and airy, updated and comfortable, and high end without being stuffy. The best way to enjoy what Hilton Head has to offer.

Our property is quite different than many of the other rentals in this area. First, we expect to have one of the cleanest villas on Hilton Head. We are constantly updating the villa to make sure it lives up to our high standards. The oceanfront location of the villa makes this a rare gem for the area. The villa is also just a short walk to Coligny plaza and Celebration park. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay the easiest and best vacation ever.
