Extra Sleeping Space: The living area features a comfortable pull-out couch, perfect for families or additional guests.
Modern Comforts: Unwind by the warm glow of the sleek gas fireplace, perfect for a cozy evening indoors.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals in the kitchen, complete with a stove, microwave, and full-sized fridge.
Outdoor Oasis: Relax on the private patio, enjoy the fresh mountain air, and fire up the grill for outdoor dining under the stars.

At The Deerwood Tiny Home, you'll enjoy the peace and privacy of being tucked away from the world while staying just a short drive from renowned ski resorts and local attractions.

From skiing & snowboarding, to hiking and exploring nature, adventure is right at your doorstep. With Bromley, Stratton, and Magic Mountain nearby, every outdoor experience in within reach.
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions, including having the appropriate winter tires.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.
-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.
-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
