This was a perfect cottage to stay in and enjoy a cozy fall weekend! It is close to restaurants and shops. The sound of the running river was so peaceful. Very clean and super cozy!

This cottage was so cute, very clean, and well equipped, and my fly fishing husband was thrilled that the Battenkill was literally just steps away! A very short drive took us right into town, while the cottage and surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Very nice house, across the street from the Battenkill River (short walk). Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had a great time.

Wonderful cottage, very comfortable, well stocked, and clean. I loved the screened porch! Also it’s in a great location to access Manchester. The hosts were great with communication. We will definitely return!

Comfortable, great shower, great location just outside of Manchester and easy to get to ski hills. Loved the wood stove on a cold winter weekend. Will visit again.

Cutest cabin!

This was the perfect place to stay with family for a weekend in Vermont. We were there to celebrate a wedding and it was excellent.

Ski trip

Very clean, comfortable and very good communication with the owner. Great place to stay for a ski trip to Stratton. Hope to stay there again next year!

I love Joyce and John’s property. I have stayed here 4x, each stay worked out perfectly.The house is very well stocked with kitchen supplies, and is fully stocked with board games, etc.Owners are very good at communicating, which is key.Very pleased each time.

A quaint house located in an excellent area near but not directly in downtown Manchester. Perfect for pets and children while offering enough space for adults to relax and enjoy!

Awesome house and location

We loved everything about our stay! Great location so close to town center and Vermont summer festival! Joyce was great too, really easy to communicate with!

Great location! Adorable home!

We stayed here because we were working a wedding at Hildene and the location could not have been more perfect. We didn't spend much time in the home, but for the hours that we did use it to sleep, it was very comfortable and accomodating!

Roomy cottage with lots of space for us to relax in. Happily we were able to sit on the porch when the weather cooled down. We were surprised by the freight train that rumbled by. The first time we thought it was coming through the living room! A heads up would have been helpful! Also, a lot of different sizes and shapes of bugs despite windows and doors being shut. Air conditioning was great and a real lifesaver.

Perfect size for a small family

This home was the perfect size and location for our family. It was super clean and super easy to access. Everything worked as it should and made our trip very enjoyable!
