Featuring three cozy bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates a variety of group sizes:
âą Primary bedroom with a plush king bed, dresser w/mirror, tall dresser, nightstands and Smart TV. Enjoy the privacy of an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
âą Second bedroom comfortably sleeps 3 with a single twin bed and a fun twin bunk bed setup. A Smart TV is installed at just the right height, perfect for kids to stream their favorite shows and unwind.
âą Third bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, dresser, and nightstandsâideal for additional family or friends.
The second and third bedrooms share a full hall bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination.
Downstairs, enjoy a fully finished basement featuring a pull-out sofa bed, wall-mounted TV, and a full bathroom with a shower/tubâideal for extra guests, movie nights, or lounging in comfort.

WE ARE proud Penn State Alumni and parents of current students who have spent countless days enjoying all that PSU and Happy Valley have to offer. As Philadelphia-area natives, we know how important it is to find comfortable, convenient housing during busy eventsâand weâre thrilled to share our home with other families who love this area as much as we do.

We fell in love with this location for its proximity to campus, easy access to major highways, and the peaceful charm of the surrounding countryside. When we discovered this new neighborhood being developed, we knew right away it was the perfect fitânot just for us, but for future guests looking for both comfort and connection.

This property provides plenty of room for families to spread out, while still enjoying the comfort and togetherness of being under one roof. The fully finished basement gives additional guests their own space to relax and get away when they want some privacy.
