The property was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and private and just a 15 minute drive to Beaver Stadium. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here.

Football Weekend

Bruce was very responsive with any questions we had. The house was everything we needed for 8 of us and extremely clean. Check-in was as easy as it can get. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for family weekend. Was just 15 minutes from PSU. The house was cozy and welcoming. Bellefonte is a town worth visiting. Bruce and Vicki were very responsive and flexible. Would recommend them highly. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our large family. Cooked dinner the first night. The only thing I couldn’t find was a colander for draining the pasta. Comfy beds and pillows. Very enjoyable stay! Thank you!

Ironman Stay

How was super comfortable for 11 of us during an Ironman weekend. We had a great time! Perfect location, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Host was very attentive and accommodating! Perfect House for Penn State Weekend

Our immediate family, grandparents and a friend’s family all stayed at this wonderful house only 20 minutes from PSU. It was wonderfully decorated with all the little touches that made it feel like a home and not a rental. Plenty of sleeping space and hanging out space along with activities for everyone. Darts and foosball were a huge hit. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to spend more time together while saving money by cooking our own food. Will definitely be back.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood.

Great house to rent for lots off people. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors on a dead end street. Easy access to Penn State. House was clean and as advertised. Plenty of rooms and options for sleeping. Beds were comfortable. Nice little game room in basement to keep the kids occupied. Would definitely consider for a future rental.

Clean house with all the extras

It's a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. We rented it to be our home base for a family member's wedding Bellefonte. We liked all the live plants indoors and the quaint garden outside. The basement has darts, foosball, and a big tv which was the perfect hangout spot for our teenagers. Our qualms with the property were that the twin beds on the main floor are on pop-up frames and one collapsed twice in one night. There also isn't really a 6th bedroom. There's a futon in the loft. At the end of the day, if we are in the area in the future, we would rent this property again.

Great Family Rental

We rented the property to attend a family reunion and celebration of life ceremony. We are from out of state and had 3 couples & 2 single adults in our party. Location of the rental was very convenient to both Bellefonte & State College venues. There was plenty of room for all and every space was clean. We enjoyed the outside patio when we had company. The basement was nice & cool for evening game nights. I would recommend this property & would rent again.
