I am from NE Ohio and lived in this neighborhood for a number of years. We recently renovated this property, and wanted to open it up to guests as a simple, nice, affordable place to stay near the Cleveland's Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Great Lakes Science Center, Edgewater Beach, University Circle, and Cuyahoga National Valley Park.

A humble neighborhood, with diversity, and includes two city council members a block over. The main appeal is a quieter neighborhood, with proximity to many of Cleveland's amenities and sightseeing destinations.
