This new, luxury Town Home w/ attached 2-car garage offers the ultimate blend of comfort, style and locationâjust one block from the ocean and centrally positioned to enjoy all the top beach destinations: Ocean City, Fenwick Island, Bethany, Dewey, Rehoboth Beaches are all within easy reach.
Inside, youâll find a spacious and thoughtfully designed interior ideal for families, groups, or remote workers looking for a serene escape. Each bedroom is a private suite, featuring its own bathroom, balcony, walk-in closet, and upscale furnishings to ensure everyone enjoys the highest level of comfort and privacy.
Enjoy multiple balconies and decks for fresh air and morning coffee, a stylish game room for evening fun, a dedicated office/study space, and a kidsâ loft stocked with board games to keep little ones happy and entertained. This home is ideal for families traveling with young children. It includes a portable crib that doubles as a playpen, high chair, baby gates, and safety features such as plug protectors and furniture corner guardsâall designed to make your stay comfortable and worry-free.
This is our personal beach home where we love making memories with family, and we ask that you treat it as your home as well. This unit only rents to families and friends over 25 years of age; minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Your rental includes a basic linen package and towel sets (see Amenities section below). Just bring your beach towels!
