Njut av otroliga Marina Views från detta hem! denna spektakulära hem ligger på vattnet vid Pot-Nets Bayside, har 4 sovrum, 3 bad, en utomhus veranda med utsikt över Marina och vidöppen vardagsrum som kombinerar kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Ta en 5 minuters promenad längs Marina Boardwalk för att komma till den ständigt populära Paradise Grill. Pooler, Strand, tennis och lekplatser finns på omr��det. Båt glider finns att hyra på $ 40 per dag. En golfbil ingår med denna egenskap, utan extra kostnad. Barn är välkomna och så är husdjur. Stor plats för kajakpaddling och Stand Up Paddleboards! Det är en kort bilresa till världsberömda Baywood Greens Golf Course (10 minuter), den skattefria Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minuter), och den pittoreska centrala områden i Rehoboth Beach och Lewes (30 minuter).

Vi har en 7-kväll stannar minst under sommarsäsongen. Incheckning är 04:00 på söndagar, och utcheckning kl 10:00 på söndagar. Vi har två-night minimum vistelser vid alla andra tider på året.

Bo hos oss för 7 nätter och få våra gratis livsstil paket! Detta inkluderar ett $ 100 presentkort till Paradise Grill Restaurant och 2 gratis golfrundor på Baywood Greens Golf Course (måndag till torsdag efter 13:00) och användning av din egen privata golfbil för att komma runt samhället.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The spacious kitchen is well equipped for many chefs to work together. There is much more space throughout the home than expected! There was a brief issue with the heat but communication was easy and timely and the situation resolved relatively quickly! I would definitely recommend!

Great family geteaway

This was our first family visit with my parents since Covid. The house was a perfect place for the reunion and spending time together. We loved the layout, location, and golf cart.

Great location and house

Nice layout. House was very nice, great beds, nice appliances and great location. Needs a few things like window curtains in bedrooms 2 and 3, towel bars or rings for bath towels and hand towels by the sinks and dressers in bedrooms 2 and 3. Enjoy stay and golf cart was great.

Guys Golf Weekend and Getaway

Peaceful New Years

Very clean and comfortable ranch home on the bay. Stocked with everything you need, a true home away from home. Driveway is big enough to fit four vehicles, golf cart and full size grill are in shed. The private beach is a 5 min walk away. Only down side to the area in my opinion is the homes are very close together so in the summer time things might be a little loud.

A relaxing New Year

Plenty of parking with a fully stocked kitchen including a large crock pot! Paradise bar and grill is close by along with a large private beach. Getting around the community is easy with the supplied golf cart in the shed. Something else that is in the shed is a full size propane grill. My favorite spot in the house is the large front porch where my family and I would enjoy breakfast in the morning and drinks at night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was a success. This is our second year renting and unfortunately that came with a few hiccups this year. The fans on the porch did not work unlike the neighboring rentals. The dishwasher was also not functional unlike last years rental. The floor was very dirty. We’re at the beach so we didn’t mind but it’s clear by the amount of black dog hair the carpets were not cleaned. In addition, the bottoms of our feet were black at the end of our first day there. Finally it looks like it was our luck we picked the pest control and shrub trimming week. They sprayed pesticides on the outside of the house which wasn’t a big deal but when you bring a pet like we did, makes it a little concerning. The shrub trimming guy was out at 8am one morning with a gas trimmer which woke up both kids. Overall though we enjoyed our stay but wanted to be transparent in some of the disappointments.

We love the Potnets!

The house was very clean and spacious for the kids to run around. We did have an issue with our dryer in our unit but Debbie, the property manager was so wonderful. She had our laundry sent out to be cleaned and then also gave us $100 for the inconvenience. I was blown away by the customer service. Paradise grill is also an awesome spot. The golf cart made the vacation very enjoyable also as we didn’t have to drive our car at all. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Weekend Retreat

There was plenty of space for all of us. The house was spotless upon arrival. The main living area of the house is so open and airy, plenty of natural light coming in from the floor to ceiling windows. We made use of the Golf Cart included, exploring the community. It was so peaceful and quiet, just a lovely vacation all around. The property manager, Debbie, was extremely helpful and personable. This was a wonderful vacation experience.

We had some issues...porch ceiling fans not working, dirty floors, trash under the pull-out couch. When I called the management office numerous times, my calls were never returned. I emailed my concerns and again, NEVER got a response. I am very disappointed that we were ignored. We enjoyed our stay, but your rental managers need to have better communication with your renters.

LOVED IT

We stayed at this house for 3 nights and had the best time. The house was extremely clean, organized, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The sheets and towels were packed in plastic wraps. All the appliances were in great condition. Lots of clean plates, cups, utensils and pots and pans were provided. The view from every room of the house was very beautiful. Everything about the house was perfect. We would love to go back to this house during summer. If I could give 6 stars I would, seriously.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were unsure about booking a vacation with the Covid situation, but decided last minute to book the house. We are so glad we did! The week was just what we needed! The park/amenities followed the mandated Covid guidelines and we had no issues! The staff and families within the community were very friendly and talkative! The home beautiful and very large- pics don't do it justice! The layout was perfect for our families. The children and adults enjoyed riding bikes, riding the golf cart, playing in the side yard, going to pool and beach, and getting ice cream (every night!!) from the ice-cream shack at Paradise. The location of the home was perfect and within walking distance to Paradise and the beach. We had an issue with the AC, but it was fixed promptly with no concerns. We would definitely recommend this home for a family vacation and plan to return next year!
