Such a Little Gem!

Everything was as listed... Easy to find. Parking on site. Classy, well designed and nicely decorated! Super comfy - we slept soldily, and enjoyed the entertainment system. Just minutes from great restaurants, old town Cottonwood, Jerome and Dead Horse Ranch State Park. Rick was available for anything we needed - but there truly wasn't anything we wanted for!

Cozy Casita

What a wonderful time we had in Clarkdale! The casita was just what we needed. Very tastefully done and ceiling height makes it feel much larger. We really enjoyed this jewel of a place and got the much needed relaxation a vacation should provide. Definitely will be back!

Get-away weekend

Exploring historical Clarkdale and the area

The casita was so very cute and decorated in a pleasing manner. As it was quite hot, it would have been so appreciated to have ice in the freezer. It took a very long time for the little freezer to have ice in the tray. freezer.

Beautiful Casita and Fantastic Host!

My wife & I stayed at Ricks Casita because it was centrally located to the areas we wanted to explore - and we were not disappointed. The Flagstaff, Sedona and Prescott areas are easily reached from Clarkdale. The Casita was perfect for the two of us. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was available in the Casita. It is small, as a Casita should be, but modern, well appointed and laid out.

Cozy Casita

Lovely place for two - cute, clean and quiet. Great location to explore nearby wineries, restaurants - Cottonwood, Jerome and only a half hour drive to Sedona. Much prefer this laid back area to staying in Sedona. Owner, Rick, responds quickly to any questions, though we really didn't have any. If we visit again, we would definitely stay here.

Restful stay, very clean

We really enjoyed our stay at the casita, which is a charming place to stay. Well maintained, very clean, nicely constructed, very homey. I loved the artwork on the walls and the courtyard and garden. We enjoyed the flowers blooming and all the birds. A hummingbird must love the property too, because we saw her tiny little nest in the courtyard area. Rick is quick to respond if you need his help. There are great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed Violette Bakery which is very close. Nearby (5 minutes) Cottonwood offers a nice pizza at Bocce, and Crema serves a fine breakfast and lunch, and Colt is the place for superb barbecue and smoked meats.

Respite in Clarkdale

This property is clean, cute, and calm. It's close to downtown and Smelter brewery and Violette's bakery and the lovely lovely bookshop. It's just a short drive to Cottonwood for wine. It's perfect. Thanks for letting us stay, Rick! We look forward to returning.

Sweet Casita!

Great location to visit friends in Clarkdale! The place was perfect for two! Host communicated well and was accommodating! Cozy gas fireplace was perfect for the cool evenings and well stocked with essentials. Plenty of space for two.

Relaxing week exploring Verde Valley

We loved staying in the Casita. Clarkdale does roll up the sidewalks at night, but there is a lot of good food in nearby Cottonwood. The unit is very comfortable, nicely decorated, and quiet. We didn't meet Rick until our last evening there, so we also felt like we had a lot of privacy. So much to do! Besides hiking and eating in Sedona, we visited the Copper Art Museum, Tuzigoot & Montezuma National Monuments, Jerome, and rode the Verde Canyon Railway. All were wonderful. For food, we really enjoyed the Merkin Winery and Trattoria, the Tavern Grill, and Bocce's. Highly recommend this rental!

Cozy Craftsmen Casita close to Sedona

We had a fabulous restorative stay at this comfortable tasteful VRBO. Perfectly situated to Sedona minus the hubbub. Ideal location for great food, shops and access to innumerable Sedona hikes and breathtaking scenery. Host was perfectly attentive and unobtrusive. Wonderful!!!!!

Great weekend

Everything about the casita was more than satisfactory. Loved the cozy fireplace at the foot of the bed. Private. Modern decor. Everything we needed for a nice weekend in the Verde Valley. Liked staying in quiet Clarkdale, away from the hubub of Sedona. Thank you Rick!

Perfect getaway!

We loved staying at Rick’s casita. Very quiet neighborhood in historic clarkdale but very close to the more active Cottonwood and Sedona hiking. We loved the fire pit and hot tub every evening after hiking. The property was really nice and Rick was extremely responsive and communicative. A great stay!

Perfect for us

This casita had all we could ask for. Cute, quiet and in a nice neighborhood for walking. Good parking spot in driveway (not on street). The bed and sheets were very comfortable and the shower was nice. The kitchenette had all we needed for coffee and snacks and there is a hot plate and pots and pans available if someone wants to cook. We also used the washer dryer which was nice to have after dusty hiking. Tip...there is a little pocket door between the living area and the bedroom if you want to close off the two. We don't watch TV but it was there if needed. We would go back to this location.

Rick Morris är värd

I'm a custom homebuilder in nearby Sedona. Mostly I live with my girlfriend in Sedona ( who has a GREAT VRBO property BTW but it's usually fully booked. Ha!). So when I'm not with her I come "home" to Clarkdale. This place is a Twilight Zone time warp. The locals call it Mayberry.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This great little casita has all the charm of anything you'll find in nearby Sedona for less money. Private, secure, comfortable, and at a great location in charming historic Clarkdale. Sedona is just 35 minutes away. Jerome is about 10 minutes. Old town Cottonwood is about 5 minutes and is fast becoming a Mecca for wine tasting, night life and truly great food at reasonable prices.

And so sorry. I’m have difficulty editing this listing with VRBO. ITS A ONE BEDROOM CASITA. SLEEPS TWO. ITS 500 SF.
