Kom och besök Sea Salt Villa! Detta är en 3 våningar villa som slutfördes 2018. Det ligger tvärs över gatan från den vackra Atlantic Beach. Från ytterdörren till sandstranden ligger bara 5 minuters promenad. Restauranger ligger bara några minuter bort till fots. Detta hem har 2 sovrum, båda med kungstemperatur sängar. Det tredje sovrummet har en enorm våningssäng för barnen eller barnen i hjärtat. Våningssängen har en full säng på botten, tvilling på toppen och tvillingvals samt med nya humörmadrasser för en bekväm nattsömn. Varje sovrum har eget badrum. Villorna är värd för en gemensam pool omgiven av stora palmer och lekplats (kommer snart). Detta hem har fina möbler och utrustat med köksartiklar, sängkläder, spel, barnens nödvändigheter och mer. Du kan fånga vissa havsutsikt på balkongen. Vi, ägarna, strävar efter höga standarder för denna hyra. De flesta av möblerna är helt nya såväl som alla madrasser för att göra denna vistelse så fin som möjligt. Nyckellösa inmatningskoder till och med dina barn kommer ihåg. Perfect for our family of 6

This property was the perfect place for our family to stay during our trip to Atlantic Beach! It was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly clean when we arrived. Parking was literally right outside the front door so unpacking and packing our vehicle was a breeze, same with groceries or other in/outs during the week. Keypad access was super convenient and easy for my kids. Because this is an end unit it has the benefit of a few additional windows and easy access to the back door by simply walking around the side of the building. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the separate bathrooms off each bedroom were invaluable to our family of six. Beach access was only a five minute walk and there is a convenient cross walk with flashing lights to help pedestrians cross the main road safely. The pool was an awesome perc of the stay as well...when it was too hot to walk to the beach, the pool was only a few steps away and never very crowded. The entire property grounds were well cared for and the pool area was friendly and inviting. There are businesses within walking distance and the dock overlooking Bogue Sound is only a short walk as well. Before and during our stay, our host, Allen, was kind and responsive with the few questions we had. It was clear he cared about the property and us having an enjoyable week. I recommend taking advantage of the host's suggestion for linen drop off service with Blue Water Services. This was new to us but we would do it again in a heartbeat.

Family time

This home was beautiful and in a great location! It was very well equipped, instructions on how to use the oven would be helpful. There was a mixup with the linens, I didn't see in the fine print of the details that linens were not provided, but Allen was very quick to respond and make things right. We were very happy all in all! A great family weekend!

Great Location

This house was clean and had everything we could have needed for our short stay. It is located directly across the street from the beach with a pedestrian crosswalk and beach access only a two minute walk. The host was extremely responsive when we had questions as well

Kid-friendly home

My kids loved their room! The bunk beds are great and there are a lot of toys and games. Nice setup in the living and dining areas. Some kid friendly cups and utensils in the kitchen. We really enjoy this complex with the pool right there and the beach across the street. Owner is very responsive. My husband and I stayed in the third floor bedroom. The mattress is very soft, which I'm sure some people love (but is not our favorite). Also wanted to note that when this listing says no linens included, that means everything even dish towels.

Loved our stay. Layout worked out perfectly for our family. Beautiful decor, pool away is great and not crowded. Location is great as we also went to Beaufort. Would definitely rebook another stay.

Fantastic Beach Townhouse

This was our second time staying at the townhouse, and we hope to be back many more times. The house is great for families - our 3 year old is obsessed with the bunk bed - and it came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing - right at the border of Atlantic Beach and Pine Knoll Shores - and the neighborhood is right next to a lighted crosswalk to get to a public beach access. Five stars all around!

Very comfortable

When we walked in my husband said “you did great with this one!” We had several adults and two littles. Everyone was comfortable and even toys for the littles. Ideal location for beach, pool and playground. Relaxing evenings on the balcony. If we return to Atlantic Beach we will definitely stay here again.

Spotless, comfortable home in fantastic location

My family had a wonderful stay in this clean and comfortable home. The rental has everything you could need, is so clean and was perfectly arranged for our family of 4 and my parents. The kitchen is well equipped, there are bathrooms for each room and even one on the main floor, pool was nice for a change from the beach, and the ocean is right across the street. We especially enjoyed the balconies off of the bedrooms. The owner was great about communicationa and so very kind. 5 stars!!!!

Great experience

We had a great week and enjoyed the property very much. Super convenient, spotless, roomy. I especially loved the fact that we could bring groceries in on the ground level and could park right at the door. Kitchen was well equipped. Property felt extremely safe. We will be back!

Loved the pool,needed TV in bedrooms,town house was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Didn't like stairs.Our ages were from 84 years to 8.years.Great host.

We are North Carolina natives. This is one of our favorite beaches to visit. We love the beach but our current occupations keep us in the Raleigh area. We have 3 young kids and a Labrador.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose Atlantic Beach because we have been coming here for a very long time. The crystal coast offers beautiful scenery and AB is one of our favorites. This beach is not heavily congested like some beaches. It does have a lot to offer though. It’s convenient to Raleigh, which is where we live close to. This beach has other close by cities that offer sites and entertainment to keep you on the go if that’s what you enjoy. Beaufort and Morehead City downtown water fronts are great places to visit. Take a ferry to an island with wild horses or plan a lighthouse tour while visiting the area. Fort Macon and the NC Aquarium are also a plus to keep you learning while on vacation. Some of the best fishing can be done right off shore or inshore from AB. Overall, this is a laid back beach that is family friendly and that’s exactly what we wanted for our family.

This home is brand new with tons of new items. If you like freshness and not run down homes with old furniture, this is the one. We have all new temper style mattresses throughout along with new bedroom furniture. The downstairs living area is new as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with items to cook your home cooked meals everyday if you like. We have small kids so we have also tried to make the home very kid friendly. These new villas come complete with an awesome pool just steps from the back patio. There is an expansive 6-inch water deck for toddlers and babies to hang out in. The pool starts at 3 feet and goes to 5 feet at its deepest point. The pool has nice chairs, umbrella tables and a covered area to help keep everyone comfortable. You can access the beach across the street in 5 minutes or walk 10 minutes the opposite direction and watch sunsets on the inter-coastal waterway during summer time. Give this home a try and we are sure you’ll be coming back.
