Efter uppgradering i början av 1990-talet och sedan en annan i maj 2017-den här separata 2-rumslägen i min historiska Mass Ave NE Brownstone, som ursprungligen byggdes på 1880-talet, erbjuder allt på din lista över must-haves: historisk charm, modern komfort , och ett mycket bekvämt läge i hjärtat av Historic Capitol Hill, intill Stanton Park, kvarter från senaten, Capitol, kongressbiblioteket, högsta domstolen, affärer, restauranger och hela mat.

En av fyra lediga enheter på denna fastighet, 607B ligger på gatunivå och sover bekvämt 6 vuxna med 2 sovrum, 1 badrum och en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Great place to explore the capitol.

This is a great place to base your exploration of DC. Close enough to walk, bus, or metro to eveything in the city. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained. The addition of the washer/dryer was a lifesaver. The only negative we found was the low water pressure in the shower (but overall not a vig deal at all).

Fantastic Property - Perfect Stay

This property is perfect for my family as the teens can walk to all the various sights and restaurants. Ubers are plentiful and the restaurants are very family friendly and fun talking to staff.

Almost good....

Giant rat kept me awake both nights with loud chewing and scratching noises. I know it was giant because I saw it the second night. UV light test left me...concerned. Other than that it was pretty good. Could've been a 4 star. Should've been a 5 star. Actually was 2.5 star

If you’re in DC this is a great place to stay. I don’t know how six people could stay but 5 fit fine and the location is great. Safe area, close to everything in the city and has historic value itself. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location and great amenities

Loved the location and the supplies in the apartment (kitchen supplies, towels, extra bedding). I was pleasantly surprised to see a washer & dryer- I just wish it was in the listing so we would've known to bring fewer clothes. The beds were also very high compared to the photo, and we're short so it was a struggle to climb up into bed. My kids also had trouble getting into bed until they figured out how to climb the frame. I would still give this rental 5 stars easily. Also we would happily go back again and recommend it to others!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very cool historic home, fabulous neighborhood. Within walking distance to restaurants. TV didn’t work well and the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. This place would be perfect with those two fixes!

Great Property for DC Visit!

My teenage daughter and I were able to stay here and used the proximity to Union Station to travel by metro to see all the sites without a car. Nice property and neighborhood!

Nice landing spot for family to explore DC

Close to Mall and museums. Nice spot. Neighborhood seemed safe and parking was easy, but make sure that you go through the process to reserve the parking pass in advance, as you'll need to go to a website and print off the pass. Eric easy to work with.

Wonderful little apartment

Very nice little place to stay with plenty of room for two friends. Super easy walking distance to the tourist stuff and to lots of food options. Was also just a lovely neighborhood to walk around in the evenings.
