Inside the Home:

The versatile back bedroom features a queen bed, triple bunk, and a collapsible gaming couch—perfect for sleeping at night and a bonus hangout space for kids or teens during the day.

• Coffee Bar – Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We offer a fully-stocked coffee bar, complete with Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, grinder, a variety of coffees, cocoa, tea, creamer, etc.
• Kitchen Appliances – Modern kitchen appliances include: a refrigerator with ice maker/water dispenser, dishwasher, electric oven with induction cooktop, and microwave.
• Cooking – Everything you need to make meals for the entire family, including: dinner service for 12+ people, crockpots, toaster, waffle maker, hand mixer, blender, pots and pans, glass bakeware, cookie sheets, glassware/food storage, colanders, mixing bowls, measuring cups, kitchen utensils, etc.
• Smart LG TVs in every sleeping space – TVs include free channel apps (LG Channels, Pluto TV, etc.) and the option to log in to your own streaming apps.
• Games and movies are provided for those rainy or lazy days inside. We have a variety of DVDs with DVD player, board games, decks of cards, a poker set, karaoke machine, and more.
• Dedicated workspace perfect for remote workers or writers’ retreats.

Outdoor Features:
• Kayaks and Fishing Gear – Everything you need to enjoy the great outdoors without leaving your private sanctuary. We provide a variety of kayaks, paddles, life jackets, fishing poles and tackle (no live bait).
• Beach Gear – Sink your toes in the sand or help the kids make a sandcastle - either way you’ll be comfortable on the beach with our beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, basic floaties and coolers.
• Fire Pit – Enjoy a cozy evening under the stars, overlooking the beach from our stationary firepit and Adirondack chairs. Firewood is provided.
• Propane Grill - Fire up a delicious meal with our propane grill, supplied with grilling tools and a propane tank. Perfect for BBQ dinners after a day in the sun.
• Yard Games - Keep the fun going with classic outdoor games like cornhole, frisbee, giant Connect Four, Spikeball and more—great for all ages to enjoy in the spacious yard.
• Ample Free Parking – Plenty of space for vehicles and even a travel trailer or two (Please note we do not offer RV pump out).

Things to Note:
• The second bedroom, third bedroom and second bathroom are all located at the rear of the house. There is a large door at the start of the hallway going into this space. The third bedroom does not have its own door. If privacy is desired, the door at the beginning of the hallway can be closed to reduce noise from the main house. Please note that folks using the second bathroom may still pass by. The second bathroom has a sliding barn door adjacent to the third bedroom.
• One shower and the bathtub are located in the master bedroom suite; the second shower is located inside the sauna. The laundry area is also located inside the master suite.
• The house is located 100 feet from the highway; road noise is audible at times from parts of the house. For those who may be sensitive to these sounds, sound machines and ear plugs are provided.
• The home water is supplied by well. Our water is professionally filtered by a salt water softener system, which has been regularly tested and confirmed safe for drinking. While the water appears clear in most areas of the house, you may see rustiness in color from time to time (mainly in the half bath). You may also taste a slight salt or mineral taste. This tends not to be noticeable for use in coffee, cooking, etc., but can be for drinking. Bottled drinking water is recommended for those sensitive to well or salty water. A couple gallons of drinking water are supplied for those who wish to use it.
• Both fireplaces are non-operational at this time.
Accessibility:
• All entrances to the house require utilizing a small number of stairs
• This is a single-level house; no stairs are inside the house
Security:
• Security cameras face away from the house, toward the decks, entrances and driveway
• No cameras are located inside the house
• Early check-in may be available depending on the prior guest check-out and schedule of the cleaning staff. In the event that early check-in is available, the rates are: $50 for 2:00 arrival, $125 for 1:00 arrival, $250 for 12:00 arrival; arrival before noon is only available if the previous night is booked.
