Welcome to our beautiful Boho Bungalow! This peaceful three-bedroom, one-bath retreat a short walk to downtown McKinney. Designed for families, it features two cozy queen beds and an epic kids' room with a twin bed, endless toys, and games. Enjoy smart TVs throughout, a large stocked kitchen, coffee bar, and a new washer/dryer. The huge backyard is perfect for kids to explore and pets to play. Relax, unwind, and feel at home in this charming, family-friendly getaway!

The master bedroom features a plush queen bed, 55-inch smart TV, ceiling fan, blackout shades, dual nightstands with lamps, and a closet The guest bedroom mirrors these amenities, offering a cozy and restful space to ensure a good nights sleep!
The kids' room is a paradise, packed with toys, books, and games to keep little ones entertained for hours. It also includes a smart TV, blackout shades, pack-and-play, ensuring a fun and restful stay for your children.
The inviting living room is centrally located, featuring a 55-inch smart TV and a comfortable sectional-perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day of exploring. It seamlessly flows into the large, fully stocked kitchen, which boasts plenty of counter space, a dining table, and an amazing coffee bar to kickstart your mornings. High chair and children plates and utensils included.
A brand-new LG washer and dryer, along with detergent and essentials, make laundry a breeze.
The spacious bathroom offers a shower-tub combo, a modern vanity, plush towels, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for a spa-like experience.
Step outside to the huge backyard, where kids can explore, and pets can play freely. Trampoline for hours of fun! Enjoy peaceful mornings on the covered patio, complete with a rocking chair and soothing wind chimes. A covered seating area and tree swings make it the perfect spot to unwind. We even have a dog door for your furry friend to help themselves outside. This can also be closed so no unwanted visitors enter the home.
