Great location. Fun and relaxing property. Host was very responsive and everything was very accommodating for our family. I will definitely be booking here again. Perfect spot to relax fish play and swim with the little ones

The house was very cute and had a beautiful view of the lake. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the swans. So peaceful and relaxing. And there was lots of toys for the kids which really came in handy! We had a a perfect weekend!

The view of the lake out the back window caught my eye,and the whimsical decor in each room. The comfy beds are a plus,and so nice and quiet. Everything we needed was here, except food and clothes, of course. The host was very accommodating and available if needed.Laporte Indiana is close by and has a lot to offer. Loved the swans on the lake, nice touch.I would definitely come here again, loved it!

This lake house was a wonderful find. It was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and generously organized by the hosts to offer many amenities to make sure guests have a wonderful time, and we did. We went out on the fishing boat, played the provided games, relaxed, took in the scenery, and explored nearby. The bedrooms were comfy and well appointed. The living room had such a neat vibe to it and it had plenty of space. The kitchen was generously sized as well and had everything on hand to make meals. It was an excellent experience overall. My family and I would definitely recommend this lake house to those seeking out a fun getaway from home.

Cottage was perfect for a quiet weekend getaway for our family of five. Incredibly relaxing to sit on the dock and watch the lake or take the kayaks for a spin.

The house is on the lake. Very comfortable and we loved the decor. The views from the living room windows were wonderful. We hiked in Potato Creek State Park and took in a Notre Dame football game. Both were about a 30 minute drive.

We had a great time, the property is beautiful, with a cute decoration ☺️ the main room had a wonderful view to the lake that I did not want to up lol, we enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks at the backyard it was great, I did kayak, swimming and barbecue, omg a lot of fun activities to do all day. I fully recommend this peaceful and relaxing place 🙂

The house and hosts were great. We had two adults and two seven year olds for a quick fishing and swimming trip. We caught lots of fish off the pier, went swimming at the public beach two doors down, and had a great time. Everything was clean and lots of nice small touches from the owner. Definitely recommend!

I can’t express how relaxing this charming cottage is. Such a beautiful location on the lake. The details in the home are so cool and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The owner was extremely accommodating. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We hope you will host us in the future. We loved our stay! Oh and the beds were so comfortable. I am actually sad to return to my own bed.

We had an amazing time at the lakefront cottage! As a family of five, finding a place that everyone enjoys can be a challenge, but this cottage was absolutely perfect for us. The moment we walked in, it felt welcoming and comfortable. We spent so much time in the living room, where the huge windows frame the lake. Even when we weren’t outside, we still felt connected to the water, and there were countless moments when we’d simply sit and enjoy the view. The yard is right on the lake and couldn’t be better for families. We spent hours on the deck and dock, fishing , enjoying the sunshine during the day and watching the sunsets in the evening. The kayaks, tubes, and little boat were a huge hit with our family.Evenings around the fire pit were great. There’s something so relaxing about sitting by the water, roasting s’mores, watching the sun go down, and just enjoying being together. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and every one of us slept great. We also visited during a significant heat wave, with temperatures much higher than normal, yet the cottage stayed cool and comfortable the whole time. Finally, the host was wonderful to work with ,Friendly and responsive,This cottage gave our family exactly what we needed: a place to slow down, spend time together, enjoy the lake, and make memories.
