Välkommen till ett sjöhus där livet är bara bättre och minnen görs!
Vi är stolta över att presentera dig för vårt sjöhus, som ligger på Pine Lake i La Porte, IN. Detta vackra hus har 3200 kvadratmeter boyta, så att alla familjer kommer att känna sig bekväma och avslappnade. Det har totalrenoverats för att trösta varje gäst i detta hus. Sex vackra rum och två bad kommer att tillåta varje gäst att ha sin integritet och sova bekvämt (sover 12 +). Stort vardagsrum med panoramafönster och öppen spis gör det möjligt för våra gäster att se de fantastiska soluppgångarna och solnedgångarna med utsikt över sjön när du kopplar av, uppdaterar och återupplivar. Det finns många aktiviteter som kan göras: båtliv, simning, jetski, kajakpaddling och fiske. Vi är också stolta att meddela vår avslappnande badtunna - som rymmer upp till sex personer och ligger i ett solrum. När du går ner till walkout källaren, kommer du att se ett pool / bordtennisbord för dem som gillar att spela. Bastu kan rymma upp till fem personer där du kan vila och få energi för ditt upptagna liv. Vår källare har en utskjutande skjutdörr som öppnar utsikten över vår vackra bakgård och sjön, där du kan sitta och koppla av.
Ta med din båt eller hyra en på lokala Marina och njut av 564 tunnland Pine Lake. Du kan docka din båt precis framför fastigheten. Backyard ger dig tillräckligt med utrymme för att spela volleyboll eller badminton.

Quite Cozy Relaxing House on the Lake

House was large enough for all of us and is very kid friendly. The location just off the main lake worked out well with 2 boats as they were protected from any harsh weather. The house has plenty of room for everyone and is close to town along with stores. Owner had quick responses to all of our questions.

Great Place

Nice place for a getaway

We had a group of 9 adults for a long weekend and this house was great. There is lots of room to spread out if you wanted quiet time and great space to come together for meals and trash talking. We especially enjoyed the deck area. Thank you again!

Great stay!

Despite having to leave early due to a neighborhood-wide power outage, we really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful and had pretty much everything you would want in a home away from home.

It was lovely!

House and property were great! Hosts were very accommodating and communicative. We had a lovely time in all the outdoor areas to hang and dine. It was super kid friendly and had lots of activities for all ages. Definitely recommend.

Paradise on the Lake

Great experience the house was ideal for our large family. The one thing that would have helped access to the porch door leading to the front parking. Plenty to do both at the house and in town ate at Around the Clock three times. Met the neighbor Frank and two of us being retired Navy we’ll need I say more. Thumbs up would recommend this vacation to anyone who asked me. Thanks

3rd Time Was A Charm

Whole family (6 adults) for our 3rd Thanksgiving at the house. Had a great group over for Wednesday dinner, 25 people ranging from 4 to 91. House was perfect again.

Family Reunion

The property was as advertised... The house is in a great neighborhood and the amenities were as described. We had 10 Adults, 1 small child and an infant staying in the house for 8 days. There was never a time we felt cramped or had nothing to do. There were even several toys available in the home to keep our 4-year-old granddaughter occupied during quite times. We do wish there were mirrors in the bedrooms and that the downstairs bathroom shower had a shelf for shampoo & soap. However, overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations!

Family Thanksgiving

My wife and I and our 4 kids (19-24) visited LaPorte for my family’s Thanksgiving as a family for the first time. Had my siblings and all the cousins over Wednesday night. 31 in all for dinner. All fit, a great time. Easy to spread out and enjoy the holidays. Great space.

Amazing experience

The house was perfect for 3 families all with kids. The ping pong/pool table were a hit with the adults and older kids. Huge yard with plenty of room for kids of all ages. We rented a boat from a local marina so having the dock in the backyard was perfect. The experience with the owner was great to. She was extremely helpful and always answered any questions that I had before our trip.

Friend Getaway

We were looking for a weekend getaway for 5 adult couples and a boat. Safona on the Lake was the perfect place for us. The house is spacious, clean, and and the lake is perfect for swimming and skiing. We sat outside, which offers plenty of seating and a fire pit. However this weekend was very warm so we also spent a lot of time indoors. We were able to play pool, ping-pong and sit in in the hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of booking for next year!

Perfect lake house for weekend getaway!

Absolutely loved staying at Sofana on the lake. Location was quiet enough to relax but near enough to stores to stock for dinner. All the furnishings are well kept and comfortable. Unlike many VRBO's there are many double beds which was nice for all the married couples on the trip. The owners were very good to work with and responded promptly to any questions we had. Lots of seating and relaxation spaces. There was a train set and other toys that entertained the 9 month old to the 6 year old at the house. Speedy wi-fi with good coverage. 5 stars for everything, can't wait to stay again.

Wonderful place for a family getaway !

Sofana On The Lake was the perfect place for our family trip! We were 8 adults and 4 kids under 5. There was plenty to do for all, in this beautiful, clean, spacious home. The house was bigger than in looked in the pictures. It was well stocked and the kids loved the big yard, swing set and toys. We loved the kitchen and huge dining table. The location and the lake gave us plenty to do. We kayaked, rented a boat from Pine Lake Marina, went to the dunes, enjoyed a day at Washington Park Zoo, went blueberry picking, had fires in the fire pit and grilled out! We highly recommend this wonderful property and look forward to returning!

House is well kept

The house is well kept - unfortunately it had snowed and the walk/driveway was not cleared prior to our arrival. The owner had someone bring over a shovel asap. It wasn't how we intended on starting our trip, but snow happens! All-in-All we were very happy with the rental & the level of communication!
