Förtjusande renoverad stuga bekvämt beläget i West Beach Village, stugan ligger en kort promenad (och ännu kortare cykeltur) till den utsökta Kiawah-stranden, gemensam pool och West Beach Village Market, Cougar Pt golfbana och West Beach Tennis Courts. Kiawah är en golfspelares dröm - fem mästerskapsbanor, inklusive den världsberömda Ocean Course.
Kiawah har utsetts till 'Happiest Seaside Town' i Amerika av tidningen Coastal Living och den bästa 'Vacation city' i världen av Conde Nast. Kiawah utnämndes till nummer ett Tennis Resort enligt Tennis Magazine.
Cykla till byn Freshfields och njut av shopping, restauranger och levande underhållning på gräset de flesta kvällar under sommarmånaderna. Cykla 30 + miles av cykelleder eller 10 miles av orörd strand.

Köket är fullt lager och har nya storlekar i rostfritt stål och granitbänkar i full storlek. Också tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Det finns en separat matplats. Solrummet erbjuder en perfekt plats att läsa en bok eller bara titta på djurlivet, morgonkaffe och kvällscoctail. Däck av familjerummet och sovrummet med utsikt över golfbanan.
Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-TV, 2 garderober och privat master bad. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar, platt-TV och direkt tillgång till hallbad.

Sängkläder, handdukar, solstolar och startförsörjning av pappersprodukter och tvättmedel finns. Grill tillhandahålls.

Wonderful Vacation

We planned at trip to celebrate my daughters 15th birthday and spring break. As a family we have stayed at many places for vacation and we like to stay in relax to enjoy time together. This was the perfect place for that! The host had so many necessities for cooking that a lot of other places don’t usually have so we have to bring ourselves. The condo was so nicely decorated, clean and comfortable for all of us including our beloved dog. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Perfect Location

My wife and I needed a bit of a last minute, pet friendly place to stay for the marathon weekend and this home was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Family vacation

Great stay in a wonderful place. The condo was as advertised and was perfect for our family. Close to the beach (but walk may be a bit much for younger kids (<5). Host was fantastic and answered all questions.

Golf Course Views

Clean, two bedroom, single story, villa directly on the golf course with beautiful golf course views. Private location on a quiet cul d’sac street and an easy ten minute walk to the Cougar Point Clubhouse or the beautiful ocean. Charlotte was always available and very helpful. Definitely returning.

Quaint Beach Cottage

Very clean and well kept beach condo with plenty of amenities provided. Close to the beach, the conference I was attending, and plenty of biking trails.

Extended stay with family

Great location with walking distance to beach. We enjoyed being able to walk our dog on the beach every morning. Short 5 min drive to the town area, Fresh Fields. Felt very safe and comfortable too!

Christmas vacation 2022

Enjoyed our stay so much we extended another night. The cottage is conveniently located to the beach, golf course. and the shopping center. Hopw to return again soon!

Great stay

We had a great stay. Location was very convenient for quickly getting to the beach and pool on bikes we rented. House was very clean with plenty of dishes for cooking. Only feedback would be the master bathroom's shower drained very slowly so we did end up standing in water and the water/ice maker on the freezer had a small drip onto the ground. All in all it was just what we were looking for and I would stay there again!

This was a great pet friendly rental. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation. Charlotte was quick to respond and we would certainly stay here again if traveling with our pup. : )

Nicely updated

This unit is nestled in a cul de sac and backs up to the golf course. The condo was beautifully updated and not too far from the beach. Having linens and towels provided is a great touch.

summer getaway

The property itself seemed dark inside from the lack of natural light and it could use a little updating. We found the place equipped with all the amenities of home, we loved the outdoor area with the beach, enjoyed riding bikes and visiting the village nearby.

Beautiful Location

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa. We loved how close it is to everything, yet very quiet area. The beach is very close and beautiful! We enjoyed every morning sitting on the porch, drinking coffee and watching the golfers tee off. We love being able to walk to the clubhouse to have drinks and dinner. We saw deer every evening from our villa! Short drive to more restaurants and great shops!! Lot's of walking and bike paths! We will definitely be back! Thank You for a great stay!!

Great Location and Amenities

This villa was easily accessible to the beach by walking or by car. The neighborhood was very quiet. We ate all meals in-house, and we found the kitchen stocked with the perfect array of pots, pans and utensils. The view of the golf course was beautiful, although we received a little jolt when a stray golf ball hit the side of the house (no broken windows, thank goodness). That must have been one heck of a slice! We greatly appreciate that it was pet friendly. We would definitely book again!

great location and dog friendly

We have stayed in Kiawah many times, but first time in this neighborhood. The location was great- quiet, quick walk to the beach, less crowded then East Beach. The cottage was perfect for us- nicely renovated, comfortable beds. A few minor issues- back porch furniture not very comfortable so did not spend much time there, which is a shame since the view is pretty. Also the back steps are uneven and no railing so we never used them after first try. We would stay again! Appreciate allowing pets.

Nice cottage

We stayed for a long weekend and it was nice. It’s location, although not beach front, is near the front of the resort so it is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The only concern was that a guest stayed in the cottage the night before we arrived, but the cleaning crew did not return before we checked in. It wasn’t messy, but I still felt I needed to wash sheets and clean the bathrooms (which is not something you want to do when you arrive for vacation.)

LOVE 1206 FLYING SQUIRREL PROPERTY

We love staying here!!! this is our second stay here and this trip was better than before. the location is awesome right on the 1st tee of cougar point. short walk to the golf course which we played twice and we walked over in the afternoon to chip and putt. short walk to cougar point clubhouse and players pub. easy bike ride to beach 2 minutes. great location!!! the property is bright, clean, very well furnished with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. the beds are super comfortable and the sheets are wonderful. the property manager makes the check in process easy and is very attentive to any response. This property makes our vacation perfect and we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

My husband and I stayed here for a week in March to get away from the cold and dreary Pennsylvania winter. This is a beautiful house with comfortable furniture. The house was in a great location for us, not too far from the main gate, while close to the beach and the park. The bicycles were in very good shape and we enjoyed the use of them. We did not have any problems with the television. We drove into Charleston two days and enjoyed the market. Plenty of great places to eat. We love the closeness of the Freshfields Village. My husband is already planning his return trip. Thanks Charlotte!

Pet Friendly Kiawah Rental

We greatly appreciated finding a pet friendly rental on Kiawah Island. The unit was clean and the kitchen had all the essentials. The owner provided two bikes and beach chairs for use. The unit has a small outdoor space that overlooks a golf course and is in walking distance to Cougar Point Golf Club. Beach access is a trek if walking. We chose to use the beach access parking across from the Timber’s Resort. There wasn’t any information on location of this parking and it took us several days to find it on our own. We found being fairly close to Freshfield Village a plus with this unit.

Very satisfied repeat customers!

My husband and I, along with our two dogs, stayed here a few years ago and are happy with our decision to return. Some of the highlights for us would be one story living (getting too old for stairs), very comfortable furniture and a large, easy to work tv (not near the ceiling like in many of the rentals we looked at). The cottage is in a great location, close to the beach and my husband could walk with his golf bag to Cougar Point. We rode bikes just about every day and the cottage had everything we needed for a two week stay. All of the rooms were clean and the place is decorated wonderfully. The new master shower was terrific. As always, the highlight of any vacation for me is traveling with our two dogs so I am grateful we can bring them. Thanks Charlotte for the use of your lovely home!

I just purchased this cottage back in early December of 2012 for second home and an investment property. I live in Charleston and have always wanted to have a place on Kiawah. I am so looking forward to relaxing and enjoying all that Kiawah has to offer.........I am an avid tennis player and love to bike- so this is the place to be. Kiawah Island is like no other place...come and explore. Great shopping, restaurants and a marina.
