Marty is an EXCELLENT host, he replies IMMEDIATELY! My experience was an issue with housekeeping; however, Marty went ABOVE AND BEYOND to remediate the issue right away. The condo is nicely appointed with everything you could want or need. It is nicely located on the island, with access to the beach within a few minutes' walk, and to the walking and bike riding trails.

We had a great stay! The villa was clean and very comfortable. The dogs loved their first trip to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place, great location. Well equipped with everything you need. Great beds: king size bed in the main bedroom, single with a trundle underneath in the small room. Sofa in the livingroom is a pullout. Really comfortable for three.

Great Stay

Property manager was responsive to all of my inquiries and very accommodating to my needs. Villa was well maintained, clean, and had adequate and necessary supplies for our stay. Would stay at this location again.

Beautiful Villa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is lovely, well appointed and close to the beach. Incredibly thoughtful and communicative/responsive host. We hope to visit again soon!

Great location, easy access to beach, use of beach chairs ( with straps) bikes, and anything you need for a getaway to Kiawah Island.

Spring Break getaway

It’s the perfect size for 3 adults. Marty was responsive with any questions or needs we had during our stay. The weather and beach were perfect for us.

Wonderful Dog Friendly Property

Condo is exactly as described and we loved having the extra room to work in and a very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. So glad we were able to bring our dog and enjoyed many walks to the nearby beautiful beach! Thanks for a great visit to Kiawah!

Great spot!

This is a great rental unit. The owner was very helpful and even provided coffee pods for check-in. It was a little thing that made the difference. I would definitely recommend this place.

The host was great to give very clear and useful information about the unit and surrounding area - even provided maps on the access to the beach which was only a 8 minute easy walk. The kitchen was well supplied with all the basic needs and up to date appliances. There was even an emergency bag of dog in you forgot while packing. My pup enjoyed watching the wildlife out the window near the lagoon in the back. The air conditioner worked well with the unseasonably warm weather. Looking forward to returning again for extended long weekend getaway!

Very nice!

Nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen, however did not eat in. Master has very comfy king bed. Would stay if we ever visit the area again.

Communication was excellent. The condo was clean and well taken care of. Area was nice. We had a bit of trouble with the thermostat for the AC while we were there but to be fair we weren’t familiar with how to use it so it may have been on a timer to shut off at certain times? Overall it was a great stay and we’d stay here again.

Very nice place!

The condo was very clean and comfortable, as advertised. Nicely furnished with everything we needed! It was so nice to be able to bring our dog max with us! He stayed in his pen at night and when we weee out. We would come back for sure, I hope next April again! The weather was so perfect!

Perfect location

Everything as expected. The weather was not great but this unit was set up comfortably so we could play games and watch movies inside. Owner was easy to communicate with as well.

Comfortable and well supplied with all necessities! We had great weather and found the furnishings very comfortable and in great condition. TV options were appropriate and our dog loved the many walks to the beach and through the neighborhood. Just the right size for us and no complaints. We would stay there again, when we return to SC.
