We stayed here for fall break and really enjoyed the property. It was comfortable for our family of 6 and close enough to places but not too close that we could still get some peace and quiet. We loved the beach chairs and wagon to help get our items to the beach.

This was a wonderful location! It was immaculate and already contains most of the items you’ll need for a beach trip. Plus, very close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The host was incredibly kind and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the warm hospitality. We look forward to coming back.

Perfect house for a short or long stay on Florida's Emerald Coast! Easy to get to everything on 30A and it's nestled in a small, lovely neighborhood for some peace and quiet after a busy beach day. Thoughtfully appointed with everything you need to enjoy the gorgeous beach and Chris is an amazing host! I have been using VRBO for many years and this was the most awesome experience ever! I highly recommend this property for your next vacation - you won't be disappointed!

We loved everything about this beautiful home and can’t wait to return. It was so clean, very well maintained and had comfortable couches and beds, and a very short 5 minute walk to the most beautiful white sand beach and 15 minute walk to fabulous restaurants in Rosemary, The communication with the owner was fantastic. (Very quick responses, offered great planning tools, and a super easy check-in procedure.) This beach house only has 10/10 reviews because it is outstanding in every aspect.

We had the best time. The house was wonderful-clean & comfortable. It was so nice to have the wagon & beach chairs to use. Chris was amazing-giving us a ton of recommendations on things to do & places to eat! Highly recommend staying here!

Chris was an exceptional host, and we highly recommend his rental home! The home was clean, cozy, and welcoming, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. His communication was excellent throughout our stay, but what truly stood out was his care and support when a hurricane warning was issued. He helped us evacuate and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We were incredibly grateful for his responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you, Chris, for taking such good care of us!

This was our first time staying in a rental and it was the best experience. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and in a convenient location. We were able to bike to eat, shop, and visit the beach. The host was attentive and nice. We look foward to booking again.

The house was spacious, decorated well and very clean! Location was perfect across the street from the beach and only 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach shops. Communication was easy and response time was quick. There was an outside sitting area which was great! I would stay here again it's a wonderful home in a fabulous location.

This place was beyond what we expected. The place was amazing and the customer service was the best we’ve ever had. I was having pregnancy sickness and the house made me feel so comfortable and right at home. The location is the best. Not busy but right next to Rosemary and everything else. We will be back and will be booking this house. I’m also a clean freak and it was so clean!! Thank you for the best experience for my babies right before we have the next one! You won’t find a better host!

Great Vacay!

Our first time to visit the 30a area! Chris was very helpful when we made the decision to book his place. We were looking for more “out of the way” options yet close to all the sights. This area was perfect for us! He answered every question and offered great ideas and options for places to eat, bike rentals etc. We had a great week and the home was perfect!

We had such a wonderful stay at Sunnyside! From the moment we arrived, Jody made us feel so welcomed with their kindness and hospitality. They were incredibly attentive to our needs and always quick to provide support whenever we reached out.The house was thoughtfully stocked for a comfortable family stay. We especially appreciated the generous amount of beach towels and beach gear available for guests. Having the washer and dryer during our 7-night stay was also incredibly convenient and made traveling with kids so much easier.The kitchen was one of the best-equipped rental kitchens we’ve stayed in. We were able to prepare several meals without ever missing a specific kitchen item, which made the house truly feel like a home away from home.Thank you again, Jody and Steve, for your wonderful hospitality and for creating such a comfortable and welcoming place for families. We made beautiful memories during our stay and will absolutely be coming back!

An unforgettable stay — highly recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed (and more). The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space was even better than the photos — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.The location was ideal: peaceful and private, yet close enough to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The host was also fantastic — very responsive, kind, and made sure we felt at home.We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back. If you’re considering this property, don’t hesitate — you won’t be disappointed

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Breeze! When we arrived, the house was clean and just as shown in the pictures and was just the right amount of space for our group of four. The house was equipped with a beach cart with beach chairs and an umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler, which were all total game changers for our beach days. The beach was a short walk from the house and was beautiful. The water was crystal clear so we enjoyed swimming and looking at the fish and we even got lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle! What really stood out about our stay was the host, Chris. I had requests and questions for him from the time that I booked the house and he was always extremely responsive and happy to accommodate and help where he could. His attentiveness really elevated our experience, and we were extremely appreciative. We would definitely stay at Palm Breeze again!

We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful home in late June 2026, and my only regret is not staying longer! We had family come to town and had to migrate to a hotel in Panama City Beach for the remainder of the trip. The house was impeccably clean, the AC worked perfectly, the towels were fluffy and the kitchen was fully stocked with every accessory. Traveling with 2 little ones, it made the trip that much easier. There was even a pack-n-play on-site.The wonderful beach was a short walk away and was never crowded. The heavy-duty wagon that came with the rental made a big difference since we had a lot of stuff to carry.Tons of food options within a 2-minute drive, including everything on the nearby 30A. Two Publix supermarkets just 5 minutes away in each direction.Chris, our host, was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable from the start. He answered all our questions before our stay and throughout. He even let us ship a few essentials to his home before our arrival and really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.Thank you once again, Chris! We will certainly be back!
