Take your family on a vacation they wonât soon forget! The Pointe is one of the newest, most desirable resorts that offers elegant interiors, privacy.
Located on the second floor, this unit welcomes up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms. It includes the most comfortable king and queen beds along with a sleeper sofa.
Cook delicious food in this brand new kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the evenings sipping wine on the balcony off the kitchen or the balcony off of the king bedroom.
The bathrooms are gorgeous. The master bathroom has a giant tub, walk in glass shower and double vanity sinks. The queen bedroom has a walk in glass shower and double vanity sinks as well.
Play in the phenomenal pool which is heated during winter months or watch the big game in the comfortable lounge area! Across from the pool is a well-known restaurant, âBig Bad Breakfast.â Try the chicken & waffles or the ârivieraâ skillet. Open from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, you wonât be disappointed! There is also a gym with state of the art workout gear, which includes a Peloton and workout mirror.
Youâll find yourself not wanting to leave the complex because everything The Pointe has to offer! If you do, however, venture out, youâre just a short walk from the beach access and delicious eateries in Rosemary and Inlet Beach.
To get to the beach, cross 30A and turn down Winston Ln. After the stop sign, itâs 250 yds. to the beach. This hidden beach access is less crowded and quieter than other popular beach accesses.
BOOKING POLICY
âą A 50% advance deposit is due at the time of booking.
âą Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
âą Check-in begins at 4:00 PM CST.
âą Check-out is by 10:00 AM CST.
âą Must be 25 or older to rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
âą PETS are NOT ALLOWED in this unit.
