Perfectly centrally located in Glendale near West Gate Plaza & Statefarm stadium . Just 10 minutes from stadium, West Gate Plaza, Casinos and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping malls.

The entire house and back yard will be available for exclusive use.
The check in time might be at 3 PM if guests are checking out the same day. In ordered to arrive to a clean and sanitize home we asked that you be understanding of this for your health and safety. You will receive advance notice if the regular check in time has changed.
Please understand everyone's health and safety is very important to us as hosts!
Other things to note
Important the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, there is no life guard on duty. There are pool alarms on the patio doors that can be turned off and on. By accepting this booking, this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.
*IMPORTANT: Pool equipment can only be operated by the host. Guests are not allowed to operate it unless instructed to!
IMPORTANT: Pool towels are only allowed at the pool!!!
Booking: The guest must provide a copy of their ID to the host once booked to receive check-in information.
We, as hosts, are not responsible for items left behind. Please be sure to check everywhere before you leave the home.
