This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, making it ideal for families or large groups. The upstairs features three bedrooms: a luxurious King Suite with its own private bathroom, a cozy King Bedroom, and a restful Queen Bedroom, which share a full bathroom. ALL rooms include sound machines so you can leave yours at home!
The downstairs suite sleeps 8 and includes two King beds, a twin/twin bunk bed, a Queen sofa sleeper, and its own private bathroom for added convenience.

The house should be very clean with fresh linens and bath towels. Beach towels are provided, but we ask that you have them washing in the washer when you depart from your stay.
You should also have these starter items: soap, shampoo, dish & laundry detergents, toilet paper, and paper towels. (Keep in mind you will need to pick up more stock of these items when you make your grocery store run.)

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Premier Vacation Group focuses only on luxury homes in Perdido Key. Perdido (Lost) Key is a barrier island on the northwestern tip of Florida. The Key is mostly made up of a state park, so it's not overpopulated. You won't find any hotels or an overbuilt beach community in Perdido Key. It's a quieter island that is a close drive to anything you could want to do in the neighboring communities of Pensacola, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, or Foley. Once you stay in Perdido Key, you'll want to make it your permanent beach destination.

Like our other vacation properties, Premier Vacation Group has teamed up with the owners of Captianâs Cove to create an amenity-rich environment in this house for spending quality time with the ones you care about the most. A few of the amenities outside include guest boat parking, ping pong table, bean bag/cornhole boards, adult kayaks, kid kayaks, SUP stand up paddleboard, and beach gear for guest use. On the inside, you will find comfortable beds, high-end appliances and furnishings, and lovely coastal decor for a luxury guest experience.
