Charming 2-Bdrm San Diego Home, Close to All Attractions
Charming 1940's Calif. bungalow home, located walking distance from some great shopping, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants.
** The property features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, each with Queen Size Beds, (main bathroom has a tub/shower, small bathroom off the master bedroom has a shower). It comes with a complete fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, lovely dining room and a bonus family room/den! It also features a nice, private backyard/patio area.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A “PARTY HOUSE", UNFORTUNATELY THIS PROPERTY WOULD NOT SUIT YOUR NEEDS. IT IS LOCATED ON A LOVELY, QUIET, RESIDENTIAL STREET AND CLOSE TO NEIGHBORS WHO HAVE FAMILIES.
***PLEASE NOTE - IMPORTANT***
Since the Home is in close proximity to neighbors on both sides and a unit in back, we ask that guests please be aware of the noise level, especially if outside, after 10 pm on weeknights, 11 pm on weekends and early in the morning before 8am.
*The maximum amount of guests for this unit is FOUR (4)*. There are 2 Bedrooms, each with 1 Queen Bed. If 3 or 4 guests, they must double up in the bedrooms as No sleeping on the furniture (couch or sofa) allowed.
NO VISITORS are allowed without prior written consent by owner. Only those guests identified at the time of booking are allowed at the property.
While we want everyone to enjoy themselves, excessive drinking, loud noise/music or any type of behavior that would prevent neighbors from a peaceful enjoyment of their homes are not permitted. If guests are in violation of this property rule, they may be required to leave the premises, VRBO will be notified and no refunds will be given. Should any situation become unruly or out of control, the police will be called to remove all guests from the property. NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR GATHERINGS allowed.
***PLEASE NOTE***
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY, (Smoking is NOT ALLOWED anywhere on the property, including the outside areas - patios, walkways, driveways, etc).
**NO PETS ** If you have an ESA or Service Animal, please indicate if you require your service animal due to a disability and what work or task the service animal is trained to perform.
Please note that the ESA or Service Animal must be with you at all times during your visit, (they cannot be left unattended or out of your control). Additionally, since we have other units on the property, your ESA or Service Animal cannot cause any disturbance or harm to other guests or neighbors.
Because animals produce dander, hair, and the occasional accident, we may impose additional Cleaning Fees, only if needed, after your check-out and once the housekeeper has entered to clean and prepare the unit. Additional fees will only be charged if there is damage or excessive cleaning required and we will document this with photos and details to VRBO.
*There is a laundry room in the home with a WASHER & DRYER. Detergent and Softener are not provided. *
There is a DRIVEWAY for this home, (no garage), that will accommodate 1 vehicle. Street parking also available.
***NO BBQ's, GRILLS, FIRE PITS, etc. No outside Fires allowed at any time. Please DO NOT use the FIREPLACE in the family room. It is NOT FUNCTIONAL, decorative only.***
**PLEASE NOTE: This property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. All guests MUST BE IDENTIFIED at booking. NO SLEEPING ON THE FURNITURE, (Sofas, couches, etc) or FLOOR. Guests must use the bedrooms/beds for sleeping. If more than 2 guests, please plan on doubling up in the bedrooms (Queen Beds). **
GARDENERS come every THURSDAY and arrive anytime between 2pm-5pm. They will have access to both the front and back yard/patio area.
PEST CONTROL comes every 2nd Wednesday. They will have access to the outside perimeter and the Back Yard. They do not come inside the home.
NO DRUGS OR WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. ALL PROPERTY RULES STRICTLY ENFORCED. Thank You.
