Somerset 712 Beach of Marco

Somset Condominium vann Marco Bloom Award 2011.

Denna enhet vid stranden ligger vid den södra änden på Marco Island och har en hisnande panoramautsikt över viken. På sjunde våningen har både sovrummet och vardagsrummet direkt tillgång till den stora, täckta balkongen, ett perfekt område för att titta på den underbara solnedgången varje natt. Lämna dina stora altandörrar öppna och lyssna på vågorna som träffar stranden hela natten.

Denna enhet har två sovrum. Sovrummet har en king size-säng med klädkammare och separat sminkområde. Master bad har ett stort badkar och dusch med dubbla handfat. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar med klädkammare och är direkt ansluten till det andra badrummet (som också kan nås från vardagsrummet) har också klädkammare. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt som behövs för en bekväm inklusive en vanlig kaffekanna eller keurig. Det finns en frukostbord och sedan en separat formell matplats med snackbar. Rymligt vardagsrum med plattskärms-tv och queen-size bäddsoffa. Har extra hopfällbar barnsäng i gästrummet. Det finns ett slutet inträde sätt (innan du faktiskt går in i enheten) Detta har alla dina strandbehov, solstolar, paraply, svalare. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare ingår i enheten. Alla sängkläder, kuddar, filtar badhanddukar och badhanddukar tillhandahålls.

Somerset Condo-komplexet är vackert med sina anlagda tropiska trädgårdar, två uppvärmda saltbassänger med grillplatser, två tennisbanor, picklebollsplan, vackert fullt utrustat träningsrum, täckt parkering och en vacker strand bara några steg bort! Barer, restauranger, shopping och biograf, minigolf ligger inom gångavstånd.

Marco Island är den största av South West Floridas 10.000 öar och ligger på Mexikanska golfen. Ön är sex miles lång, fyra miles bred och ansluten till fastlandet med två broar.

Vi äger och förvaltar vår egendom, vi bor också permanent på ön. Vi tycker om att träffa våra gäster och överlämna nycklarna och svara på eventuella frågor. Om något behövs är vi där för att hjälpa dig. Vi accepterar endast hyror varje vecka eller månad.

Somerset Marco Island

The place is terrific, right on the beach, very convenient to dining and shopping. The owners met us at check-in and are very responsive.

This is a great condo. Very clean, beautiful view of the Gulf, and the hosts were really nice. The only challenging thing was the tub/shower in the master bedroom is really high. If youhave mobility issues, there is a walk in shower in the other bathroom

Great Stay

Pat and Vic are helpful and fantastic owners. The condo was plenty spacious for our family of 5. The Somerset is a great location on the beach. Only negative was we had to leave.

Friends Forever

This was a beautiful, amazing vacation. The condo had amazing views of the sunrise and sunset. Pat and Vic the condo owners were super friendly. Everything we needed was in walking distance.

WONDERFUL!!!

We absolutely loved this condo!... very comfortable, nicely decorated and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The view is breathtaking! The owners were so very friendly and extremely helpful, wonderful people. They live on the island so they had TONS of ideas for places to go eat and acivities to do in the area. I woul recommend this condo to anyone and everyone, we just love it!

Great Marco Location

The Somerset provides a convenient location for multiple groups of our family to meet and enjoy the beach. Our unit met all our expectations, communicating with the host was easy. If booking in near future, the condos do have a couple of projects going on, so you might experience some extra walking, waiting, and construction.

Best location on Marco Island

What a gem we stumbled upon at 712 Somerset! Pat is a wonderful owner/host and made many helpful recommendations along our way from booking to turning in the keys this morning. Grateful for an easy and convenient condo. Super clean and I had no complaints about a thing.

Great place to take a vacation.

We stayed the last two weeks in October. The unit is a great beach vacation condo and a great value at the price. The condo was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The storage cage for the beach 'stuff' was also clean and well organized. The chairs we used we in good shape. Pat was quick to take care of of an issue we had with the Somerset the second day we were there.

Great location but unit needs upgrades......

Condo is in an excellent location on the island - right on the beach and a short walk to many restaurants. And the grounds are beautiful! Condo was clean and adequate but is in need of many upgrades. Sheets were used, towels were stained and very old, bathrooms and kitchen all need to be upgraded.

Spot on

Booking was easy. Pictures were accurate. Was met at the condo by the owners, who were kind enough to show us around and give us insight into the condo and location. They were kind and very considerate of our time there. We've never been in a condo that was as well-stocked as this one. Views were wonderful, place was quiet and the week was perfect. Highly recommend this place. Great owners, great value, great experience.

Perfect location

The location was wonderful. We could eat on the balcony and hear the waves and see the dolphins swim by. The property was very secure with gates to get on the property from the road and to access the beach and get back in the property from the beach. There were restaurants and shops very close. The owners met us at the condo to show us where the beach locker, pool and luggage carts were. They even provided suggestions of close places to eat. When we realized the coffee pot was leaking from underneath our first morning they came over and brought a new one within hours of me sending them an email.

Somerset Marco Island

We have been to Marco Island (Somerset) for numerous years now for our annual vacay and we have always been very satisfied..the normal condo we usually stay in was booked this year so we stayed in a different unit and as expected had a wonderful vacation. The room was very clean and had everything as described.Balcony views are fabulous..so relaxing to sit back and watch the dolphins everyday and all the gorgeous sunsets. Marco Isalnd holds a special place to us and we look forward every year for our stay at somerset. I would definitely recommend this unit as the owners live on the island and are very accessible..We didn’t need anything at all but I know if we did they would’ve just been a quick call away. .

Beautiful Deck View Of the GULF!

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation on Marco Island. The owners were easy to work with and provided a fully stocked condo with everything you would need for an enjoyable beach vacation including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles, and sand toys. It is so gracious of them to provide these for folks who are flying to the island. The condo was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Best of all, you are right on the beach with easy access to the gulf or the pool. I would recommend this place to family and friends!

Enjoyed the Somerset

As others have stated, this property was very clean and welcoming upon our arrival. The location is ideal, the sunsets are gorgeous, and the balcony is perfect. We found all the furniture to be comfortable. We were happy to learn that we were able to rent one of the yellow and green umbrella/two lounge chair set-ups for the week. These are located just three buildings north (west?) from the Somerset. very visible on the beach. For seniors like us, that was a great option although as promised, this unit does have its own chairs, umbrella, cooler, and more. We very much enjoyed our week at the Somerset and working with Pat! Thank you so much!

Great location!

Awesome location! The beach is quieter and less crowded than the northern parts of the beach. The complex is quiet and the pool is great. The unit is not updated but it is well maintained and very clean. It had all of the essentials.

EXCELLENT LOCATION!

We were very happy with our stay at the Somerset! The location couldn't have been more perfect! Walking distance to great restaurants and mini-golf.... steps away from the beautiful beach... and 2 great pools for lounging after a long day at the beach. The condo was clean and had all of the necessary items to make our stay comfortable. Nights on the balcony were relaxing and we loved our view. The owners made check-in and check-out super convenient. We can't wait to head to Marco Island again next year!!

Vic & Pat are originally from the UP of Michigan. You can understand why we decided to move south. We still love going back to the UP during the summer, as it is so beautiful. You won't catch us there in the winter.

The Somerset is the best run weekly rental condominium on the island.
Very short walk to the beach compared to other condo's north of the Somerset.

Everything needed is in the condo. All you need is your groceries or if you do not want to cook, there are many restaurants to choose from. Nice large balcony to accommodate friends visiting. Beautiful view of sun sets every night.
