The spacious living room provides ample space and light for everyone to come together and enjoy a movie after a day at the beach. From the living room, you can walk towards the dining room and kitchen. Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, which features plenty of counter space, agas stove, and all the culinary essentials. At the end of this cozy area, you'll find a laundry room with a brand-new washer and dryer, as well as a door leading to the backyard. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table, which accommodates at least six people, conveniently located next to the Kitchen
Upstairs, you will discover an inviting family area designed for relaxation and entertainment. It boasts a Smart TV, accompanied by plush seating that ensures comfort during movie nights or game days. Step outside onto the spacious balcony, where you'll find a beautifully furnished dining table perfect for meals.
