Dear esteemed guest,
To ensure you have an enjoyable experience, we would like to recommend booking our double OR twin room with balcony. :)
We kindly request that you inform us of your bed preference (double or twin) as this option is subject to availability.
You can choose from two PARKING options: free private parking just a 50m walk away, or paid private parking in front of the villa-EUR 7,00 per day.
Please NOTE that breakfast is available only during summer season.
Our rooms feature a private bathroom (middle size towels are available), TV, fridge, air conditioning, hairdryer, and useful kitchen utensils. Guests can access our COMMUNAL kitchen.
Our housekeeper maintains daily hygiene and general cleaning services are available upon request.
We have bicycles and cars available for rent.
Additionally, we offer beach gear rentals including towels, bags, and inflatable mattresses at predefined prices.
We aim to offer the best experience possible, including early check-in when available. If your room is ready upon arrival, we will be more than happy to accommodate you immediately. Otherwise, you can relax and enjoy a coffee until the official check-in time of 2pm.
We are always at your disposal for any questions or concerns you may have. Our friendly staff is happy to provide advice and recommendations for getting around and exploring the local area. Don't hesitate to ask me/us anything - we are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
Our villa is conveniently located near two city beaches - just 500m to Topolica Beach and 650m to Susanj Beach. The city center is only a 5-10 minute walk away. For your shopping needs, two grocery stores (Market Aroma and Market Franca) are just 450m away.
Getting around is easy with two local bus stops just a 4-minute walk from our villa (in front of Topolica Sports Hall and across from the athletic field). Local transportation tickets cost only 1,50âŹ.
We are also just 2km away from the train and bus station, which is a 20-25 minute walk or a 5-minute drive.
