Glad our team was quick to respond! We hear you on the hot tub temperature, which we've shared with the team so it's ready to enjoy properly next time. We'd love to have you back!

Wonderful to hear the home's space worked so well for your retreat; eight tables with room to spare is exactly the kind of gathering this house is meant for. We appreciate the honest note on upkeep, and a refreshed housekeeping approach for this home is already in motion. We'd love to welcome your group back for the next one.

It's great to hear that communication made a difference during your stay. Staying responsive is something we care about, so thank you for the kind words. We hope to host you again in the future.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad the pool and hot tub were the perfect way to unwind after long days at the parks, and that the grill came in handy for a relaxing home-cooked meal. It sounds like the home was just what you needed for your trip. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're so glad to hear the rooms felt spacious and fresh, and that our team was attentive in checking in with you during your stay. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!

We're glad you had a great time overall and that the pool, hot tub, and well-stocked kitchen added so much to your stay. That said, the cleanliness issues you described in the bedroom and bathrooms fall well short of our standards, and we're sorry you experienced that. We've shared your feedback directly with our operations team so the cleaning process for this home can be reviewed and corrected. Thank you for letting us know, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide the experience this beautiful home should deliver.

Thank you so much for the lovely review! We're thrilled to hear the home was ready and welcoming when you arrived, and that the kitchen, linens, and pool towels had everything your family needed for a comfortable five-day stay. It's also great to know communication hit the mark throughout your trip. We'd love to welcome you and your family back anytime!

Thank you, Janice! We're so glad to hear you had an awesome stay. It means a lot to us, and we’d love to host you again anytime.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you had a great stay and appreciate you staying with us.

Felicia, thank you for sharing your experience. We’re delighted to hear you and your family had a wonderful time.

We're sorry this stay fell short of your expectations. Our team responded during your visit, including repairing the refrigerator while you were in the home, and since your stay the home has received a full detailed clean, fresh linens and bedding, and attention to the interior finishes. The remaining concerns you raised have been thoroughly inspected and are receiving ongoing routine care, and the listing is being reviewed against your feedback as well. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Getting all eleven of you under one roof for a family vacation is a win, Leslie, and we're glad the space had what you needed to make that work. It sounds like the pool table kept your grandsons happily occupied and that the pool was just right for the little ones, and we're glad the property felt safe and that the gate check-in went smoothly. Thank you for the kind words about customer service, and for your patience when maintenance came out during your stay. We're sorry the home was not as clean as it should have been on arrival, and all of your notes on that have been passed to our team so they can be properly addressed. We would love to welcome you back.
