Om boendet

Vårt hem ligger nära Waiteti-strömmen och sjöparken Ngongotaha. Tillgång till sjön Rotorua är en enkel 2 minuters promenad runt hörnet. Vårt hem byggdes ursprungligen på 1930-talet och vi har haft glädje av att renovera det under den tid som vi varit ägare, samtidigt som vi var noga med att behålla sin charm. Det har 3 sovrum, 1 stort modernt badrum samt 2 loungeområden och ett modernt kök. Varje lounge har separat uppvärmning, varav en av dessa är en öppen spis. Fastigheten är helt inhägnad med gräsmatta på framsidan och baksidan av huset för barnen att njuta av. Huset har också ett låsgarage.

Had a wonderful time

Had a wonderful time on our stay, was able to just relax and put on the fire, went for a walk around to the lake, and went into to Rotorua. Was a great weekend away

Amazing Location

A lovely house that's close to everything in Rotorua and the Bay of Plenty area in general. Very close to the lake which is great to walk around and explore. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed, easy to check in and checkout.

Great family holiday

A perfect getaway

The property was exactly what we wanted—a bit outside Rotorua but still close to all the attractions and the lake. We traveled as a family of four with my mother in law and the house was perfect—we could all have our our space when we needed and also could all hang out together. Highly recommended.

Cosy and comfortable

Excellent home and stay

Amazing home that had everything we needed and a little bit more. Spacious rooms and we loved the wood burner on a particularly cold night there. Home was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Excellent area and one minute little stroll to the lakefront. Loved our stay here and would absolutely book again. Perfect Little Getaway

Everything pictured as advertised. Beautiful well kept home that offers every amenity, so you don’t have to worry about anything. Private backyard offers an area to dine outside or have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay.

This house had so much potential when we bought it and we fell in love with its charm and quirkiness. The location close to Lake Rotorua and the world famous Waiteti trout stream made this even more appealing.
