We had a couple of no big deal issues but they were taken care quickly. The condo was in a perfect location. Beds were so comfortable. We are hoping to rebook for next year!

We’ve stayed at Spanish Key for our girls’ trip several years now and plan to continue doing so. We love staying on the beach and this property has great access and beautiful views. It’s reasonably priced, and we love walking to FloraBama for food and dancing. Spanish Key is an older property so the walkways, railings could use a bit of a refresh, but we also recognize that its age is part of its affordability. Each condo has its own style, some more up to date than others. This year’s unit was good and could be excellent with a few minor tweaks — a Keurig, new trashcan pullout (it’s a pain to remove the trash bag!), longer chains needed on ceiling fan lights so lights or fans can be turned off or on without requiring a step stool and a bit of deep cleaning around washer and dryer and one shower drain, dryer vent needs to be better attached as it was disconnected upon arrival. We fixed that ourselves. We were impressed with the maintenance team’s response to a leaky toilet. Within a couple of hours, they had already repaired it.All in all, we love Spanish Key and plan to continue staying there.
