The VRBO was easy to access, clean, in a great location, and the host was simply awesome to communicate with. We had a fabulous time and hope to return again!! It was an all-around 5-star vacation because of the location!

Gayle was fantastic from beginning to end. Very responsive and quick to reply. The view was great from the balcony and the the rooms were clean and well stocked with necessary amenities. Would definitely return if heading back to that area of the Gulf for sure.

All I can say is, Gayle was hands down the best property owner I have had to pleasure of working with across all reservation apps. She made this a personalized experience that was seamless and simple. Not to mention she was incredibly warm and kind. The property was clean, beautiful, and exactly as described. I will definitely book this unit again in the future.

Beach view excellent and what a view. Space is roomy with three bedrooms and three baths. Plenty of supplies-ample towels, washcloths, soaps and detergents. Quiet at night, a plus getting small children down for night. Very adequately supplied kitchen. Beach toys for kids and beach chairs kept us from hauling from home. Property clean, safe, well tended

Condo is just as described, very comfortable with lots of dishware. Gayle/Owner is wonderful and a great comminicator. Loved the parking garage, used the charcoal grills, they can get busy but its a nice area to hang out until its your turn to cook. Spanish Key seems smaller than other complexes we've stayed at, which is great because it still has a large pool, easy access to beach, etc. We will definitely return.

Perfect Spot For Our Stay

The condo was a nice place. The location was great for our trip to Perdido Key. We liked being right on the beach, such a pretty view. Everything we could need was there and communication with Gayle was excellent.

Very nice condo! Everything was clean and the location was great. Only a 5 minute walk to the FloraBama. There are lots of access codes required at this condo though, so be prepared to memorize them while staying here. The host was very attentive and provided all information that we needed well in advance of the trip (which was much appreciated!). The internet didn’t work in the unit, but that didn’t matter too much to our group as we all have unlimited data on our cell phones. Overall though, a great stay at a reasonable price. I would/will definitely stay here again in the future.
