Welcome to your private resort-style getaway in the heart of North Phoenixâbacking right onto Moon Valley Country Clubâs lush 7th hole! Whether you're planning a family vacation, golf trip, or weekend escape, this stunning home is designed to impress and relax.

This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature.
Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!
â NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance, there are also Nest cameras facing the gates to the back yard and pool equipment. The camera does not look into any interior spaces
